A lot of analysts are leaning towards a bearish view for the near future. Gotta admit, the charts aren’t looking great. But let’s stir the pot a bit: what might help us bounce back quickly and flip back into a bull market? What reasons are there for a rapid return to a bullish vibe, especially considering how previous cycles often dragged on with months of dull sideways movement? Just throwing out some quick ideas.
Besides maybe the monthly stats, it’s clear that RSI values are super oversold across almost every timeframe after that final sharp drop and a long decline beforehand. And the fear and greed index? It’s at ridiculously low levels too. Unless we hit some kind of major disaster in the economy, I can't see it dropping lower than this.
There's this YouTube guy from Bitcoin Hyper who mentions that there are two fresh CME liquidity gaps hanging around the $80K and $100K levels, suggesting they could draw prices back up in the short term.
Also, don’t forget about the BTC ETFs that popped up in the US market, if I'm remembering right, they came out early 2024. These are different from past major crashes because they should soak up a lot of capital quickly now that they’re established.
The latest BTC crash has definitely caught the attention of a broad range of folks.
