Antminer S19 Pro Hyd. cooler question

I'm curious if anyone has insights on whether the cooler I’ll share a pic of can handle cooling two Antminer S19 Pro Hyd. units. When I got the cooler, it was just for one machine, and it was hitting over 182 Th/s. Now that I’ve added a second unit, neither of them seems to break past 175 Th/s; they usually sit around 170-172 Th/s.
