Hey everyone,
I just got my new s19kpro and I'm looking to set it up with braiins OS... but I noticed something weird. According to the official Bitmain manual and pictures, there should be an sd-card slot, but I found only a microSD connector instead.
Has anyone figured out how to deal with this? I tried using an SD card reader that connects to micro-SD, but it doesn't seem to work.
Any help would be super appreciated!

Antminer s19k_pro missing sd card slot?

There is no such thing as a 'micro SD connection'... Did you mean a micro-USB connection?
There *is* a micro-SD card and slot.
I havent gotten my hands on a S19K Pro yet, but I believe they come with Amlogic control boards that dont have SD Card slots.
If you want to Run Braiins or any of the other aftermarket FW, I think you need to get a new control board.
I guess he meant the microSD card slot.
But its a bit confusing for me aswell.
To OP:
I just checked the docs of Braiins+ OS and it seems like the S19K Pro is not supported. No guarantee though, as I don't know exactly when the documentation was updated.
This may be because the S19K Pro uses an Amlogic control board, as @skot also suspected.

that is a no go
https://braiins.com/os/plus
Supported models:
S19,
S19 Pro,
S19j,
S19j Pro,
T19,
S19 XP,
S17,
S17 Pro,
S17+,
S17e,
T17,
T17+,
T17e
& S9 [i, j]
please note no k's on the list.
He means Micro USB, the Amlogic C76 A113D has no Sd/Tf card slot, only a Micro USB, regardless, as Phill mentioned above, the k version is not supported by BraiinOS yet.
I also have a paranoia over the letter K in any Antminer Bitmain makes, this letter brings back sad memory of the S9k, I think k stands for KABOOM!, Bitmain collects all the bad chips and stick them on all the bad control boards they have and ship them to us like hot potatoes.
Rumor has it you can run LuxOS on a S19k Pro with the Amlogic control board; https://x.com/LuxorTechnology/status/1712838137041277139?s=20

I have only seen this miner with C74 (Zynq) same one used in some S19A. This control board has two fan plugs that are thicker, to acomodate higher amps. I would not advise changing this control board and keep using the same fans with some adapter, you may burn it.
It is NOT supported in Braiins OS+ yet, work is currently in progress. As always, any new miner model/variation needs to be carefully studied and tested to have a reliable clean implementation.
The faster others release, the more you should worry about them taking shortcuts. But its your miners at risk, YMMV...
Braiins just introduced that the newest version won't need SD card and you can install remotely!
