It's doable, but may be expensive. Read up on vanitygen, and on split-key generation. Don't trust an address for which someone else knows the private key.
I couldn't tell you how difficult it is for that length but you can try to use Vanitygen and see how long this would take you with your setup[1]. Alternatively, there's is also VanitySearch[2] (I'm not sure how good it is, but I saw some people recommending it on Vanitygen bitcointalk topic).

I don't think this would take a day to get exactly as this pattern but if you have pretty good PC specs with high-end GPU you can maybe get this within a day it's an 8-characters if the 1i is not included, if it is included it would take more time to find this exact vanity address.
There's a guide on how to use VanitySearch if you are interested in the guide you can check from the link below.

But he may use a computer with more computational power like to have or rent GPU for it. I followed this guide in the paste to create an address that started with 1tim that I used as my address on my profile before on this forum before I changed it back to segwit address. Although, it was just three words with lower case that I generated in less than 3 to 4 minutes.
The longer the word, the longer it will take to generate the words and the more impossible it will be becoming.
It is 10 characters with three upper cases. It will take over 10000 years with just a computer.
Have you read the replies above?
Do you just want someone to generate and send you a private-key for an address starting with 1iJuniorTV? Quick way to lose your coins, yes. Unless you do what has already been answered above (especially "split-key generation").
It's possible, but this is not instant if that 10 characters is what exactly you were looking for. If you ask someone to generate a vanity address with this, I'm sure it's not free because it's time-consuming and might be expensive, as Loycev said above and another thing is it's not safe anymore if you ask someone to generate it for you.
It's very feasible however it has a couple of things you might want to consider. Firstly someone setting up a custom address for you via vanity gen or vanity search simply means they are going to have the private key to such a wallet and it won't be safe to fund a Wallet like that. Therefore you have to run the vanity gen script yourself and off internet connection to avoid your private keys being leaked.
You also have to consider the fact that the longer the word's in the customization the longer time you have to spend running the script which would incure more costs like electricity. I have come across some reviews that running vanity gen on a PC isn't nice for the CPU health.
It's Vanity address and you can use tool offline to create it.
The more customized characters you want for your Vanity address, a more difficulty to create it.

With your wanted Vanity address '1iJuniorTV', the length is 9 and it might take you 800 years to find it with computational power in 2017 where the second edition of Mastering Bitcoin book published. 7 years later, computational power is better and the time can be less than 800 years but it will still not be easy.
Just the address? No private key needed? Essentially just burn addresses? Sure. Quickly and easily. Here's a few of them for you:

The 'i' before "Junior" is what makes the vanity search take extremely long time. That's because a legacy address starting with lower-case character is very rare, due to the way legacy addresses work. Read more about this in here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5326556.msg56650990#msg56650990.
If you could replace it with an upper-case character, or just searched for "1JuniorTV", I believe it'd be feasible if you were willing to pay someone to search it for you. Just to clear up the confusion: it's possible to pay someone to do this job, without them knowing the private key.
Are you trying to find a solution for one of the available work items on old Vanity Pool: https://vanitypool.appspot.com/availableWork? C'mon how lame is that!?
If you want to claim the payout of 8mBTC (not really sure if it's actually still possible) you have to find a solution that works with the split key technique there. You can't just provide any solution. This is not how split key vanity pool works.
