I came across some interesting info about Bitcoin on the U.S. Sentencing Commission's official site. They’ve got resources aimed at the U.S. court system, helping judges and prosecutors get more familiar with Bitcoin. They usually include examples of fraud or crimes involving Bitcoin or other cryptos. They also have some details about Bitcoin itself, like a version of the White Paper. If you look around, you’ll find a bunch of articles on their site too. For instance, there’s a glossary from a seminar back in 2018 that you can check out. And there’s a version of the White Paper available on their site as well.

Additional information on the topic: The US Department of Justice has created a team to investigate crimes related to cryptocurrencies. Official announcement: https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/deputy-attorney-general-lisa-o-monaco-announces-national-cryptocurrency-enforcement-team

The glossary is surprisingly good. The only real errors I can find are where it says that a satoshi is 1 millionth of a bitcoin and in the description of Silk Road.

I really hate seeing how they always try to find different ways to put emphasis on that point and by doing so, in most cases it'd change the point of view of the ones you've mentioned above towards BTCitcoin. I wouldn't mind seeing more people on that field, as long as it doesn't lead to "any" kind of collateral damage!

I understand! But unfortunately, there are a lot of people that try to create fraudulent schemes using Bitcoin, and the justice ends up having to create rules for these situations. I think the community is well aware that there are many scan schemes.
