Bitdeer Technologies, a bitcoin mining company based in Singapore and started by Jihan Wu, just revealed that they’ve successfully tested their in-house developed bitcoin mining chip. This chip is set to power their upcoming mining rig, the Sealminer A1.
They shared the news on X earlier this week, saying that their first chip, called SEAL01, was made using advanced 4-nanometer process technology from a semiconductor manufacturer. According to them, this chip could deliver an impressive power efficiency of 18.1 J/TH.
