Hey everyone, So, a lot of folks out there try solo mining BTC but often end up losing their coins because they just go for it without any real plan. I’ve been looking into patterns and making some solid predictions for solo CK pool and BCH blocks. Since I've had consistent success, I figured it might be cool to help others while giving it another shot myself by organizing a more strategic solo BTC attempt together. BTC Solo Mining Group Join Us! I’m setting up a BTC solo mining run for anyone who’s interested, with a minimum contribution of 0.02 BTC. I’ll be in charge of the run, using the prediction techniques that have worked for me, which include: - Analyzing difficulty cycles - Checking pool luck and variance trends - Observing network/hash distribution patterns - Timing my attempts based on how accurate my previous solo block predictions have been I’ve got proof and screenshots of my successful predictions, but I’ll share those over on Discord since I can't post them here directly. Contribution & Setup We’re aiming for a total of 20k USD, looking at around 10 participants. So that breaks down to about 1% effort, which is around 4k USD. I’ll take a 10% commission, but only from any actual block rewards we find. Fund Management: We’ll keep the 20k pool going by using any BCH solo hits to replenish it when the BTC solo attempts drop it by 5k. This way, we can maintain a steady rotation without depleting funds too fast. Duration of the Run I’m estimating this will last about 6 months to a year. We’ll make attempts periodically rather than all the time, aiming for those sweet prediction windows. Pools We’ll Use - Solo.ckpool (EU/US) - ViaBTC - Mining-Dutch - Kano.is I’ll post all transactions related to the run here and in Discord to keep everything transparent. Discord If you’re interested...

Block discovery is basically a Poisson process: no matter how much "difficulty-cycle analysis" and "pool luck patterns" you throw at it, your chance of finding a block is driven by hashrate and time, not astrology on the previous few blocks. People have been trying to "time" mining since GPUs and nobody has ever produced a repeatable, verifiable edge. If they had, they'd quietly point their own hash at it instead of running a 20% commission club on Bitcointalk.

I understand the theory that people often repeat — the idea that if you push 100G of work, you should at least produce one 100G share, and therefore statistically expect a block once you reach 100% effort if block diff is 100G But in real solo mining, it simply doesn’t work that way. Most of the time, even after 100% effort, the block still doesn’t come. This isn’t a mistake — it’s just mining variance. I’ve been solo-mining for over two years, and more than a year specifically in BCH solo. From what I’ve seen, many successful solo miners use strategies, timing, and pattern analysis. Those who don’t and  push blindly, lose everything, and never return or some get super lucky and get blcok . For me, solo mining has never been about just turning on the hash and praying. Strategy matters. Experience matters. I’ve hit multiple BCH blocks — even in difficult windows — and of course I’ve had losses too. But overall, my approach works because it’s based on real-world behavior, not just theoretical probability. If anyone wants to see proof, I’m happy to share my BCH wins and BTC prediction results from CK Solo. You can join my Discord, and I’ll show you everything transparently. Theory describes the averages. Practice is completely different. What I’m sharing is based on actual solo-mining experience, not textbook theory.

Lack of trust is why this won't work, coming from a newbie account? I could join if someone like Philipma1957 introduced such earning possibility, because he can be trusted. This is one of the easiest way to solve Bitcoin block but the problem lies in trust, you must have build enough reputation on the forum for miners on here to trust and want to work with you. I always wish such opportunity would arise too but it is too close to been impossible, I hope you understand where I am coming from about this idea, this is not a shun reply it is fact.

I understand the trust concerns, especially since I’m still new on the forum. Building reputation here takes time, and I respect that completely. This run is not about asking anyone to trust me blindly — that’s why everything is transparent, all predictions and attempts are shown in Discord, Anyone interested can observe first, verify everything, and only join if they feel comfortable. No pressure — just an open invitation for those who want to explore strategic solo mining together.

Hey everyone, Since launching on January 1st, 2026, we've grown to 55 members in the Discord — but we kicked off our mining runs with just 3 participants, and we've kept it going strong ever since. Starting with only 0.06 BTC, we managed to turn it into 0.1 BTC twice. We've also done solo BTC runs, recovered losses through BCH mining, and yes — we've taken some hits on BCH too. That's mining life. In just a few months, I've built custom tools to support our runs and even set up my own BTC and BCH pool. We haven't hit a block yet — but it's only a matter of time. Check out what we've built so far: Block Explorer Live Effort Tracker (Combined) Pool Effort Tool You can join My discord https://discord.gg/JeSCRNQF4Y
