Can I start an LLC using BITCOIN?

Hey, is there a website that lets me create an LLC or an offshore company by paying with BITCOIN?

This is obviously going to be a thing. You might have to provide quite a bit of personal information though still depending on the terratories you want to open your LLC in and the reasons you want to open it in the first place. You're likely going to have to hire someone to research this for you though if you're not willing to do it yourself.

I am not surprised that this is possible. But as jackg points out, I hope all your bitcoins are clearly KYC traceable, because to open the LLC in USA you are going to have to provide all your data. Keep us updated on how you are doing, and if there are any specifics on this.

In some countries its very complicated, especially when you are talking about opening LLC with bitcoin. there are different approaches for residents and non-residents while creating a company. This is easy to be done but what eventually is the purpose of it? If you create a random private key address and smartly transfer everything there, nobody can trace it out from you anyways. Making a LLC abroad for a virtual asset doesn't makes any sense. It instead will leave you with traceability which you don't want at all if you want to eventually hide your bitcoin from authorities. Not to forget that even though you have LLC in foreign these days using agreements between countries these assets located in offshore countries too can be confiscated. LLCs are generally used to hide properties under disguised name or to ensure that your assets are not touched in other country in case you are liquidiated in your own country.

yes it is possible Governments, companies, funds, small businesses, and individuals over the age of 18 can invest bitcoin in an LLC.
