Honestly surprised there’s not more buzz about this. This looks like the most efficient SHA256 miner we've seen so far from a brand that’s built a solid reputation for reliable equipment. Pricing details haven’t been shared yet.
Curious to see how Bitmain will react to this.
Wrong. They have yet to cut a working test wafer.
They lost a chip designer to whatsminer and simply have not made good new chips since he left.
They did cut a wafer that failed but my sources have told me they dont have a successful test wafer of 7nm
As for canaan I know they have working 7nm chips.
I am pretty sure canaan is going to beat them to the market.
I would think 1300 to 1600 I think they will beat the W10 price.
But it is only a guess
the Innosilicon T2turbo is 82 watts and 1700 after shipping
the whatsminer M10 is about 1900 after shipping
I think canaan will beat the prices above.
and I think bitmain will continue to sell cheap s9J gear
A9 makes the GMO B3 look like old technology already, and they haven't even shipped yet, correct?
I wonder what the next generation of Bitmain SHA256 miners will be like, and how it will affect the pricing of competition.
I have been turning off my 741s as they are loosing too much and replacing them with 841s, they still loose but almost even. With the specs for A9s I can get them into a Co Location space and really make a run at this. (-;
