Cheap electricity at 4.3 cents per kWh available

Got 500 amps at 480 volts ready to go in northeast Oklahoma. It's a solid spot for setting up a container and I can handle all the electrical work. I'm just a short walk from two hydropower plants over 100Mw each and two substations. The lines have been recently upgraded to carry more power, so there's plenty available with just a few calls. I can also help find buildings in the industrial parks and assist with the relocation. I'm currently in California, but I can easily jump in the truck and be there with my dog, no worries. I even have some overnight rooms in my office building if needed. Plus, I have a shipping container ready with 300 amps (240 volts split phase) just waiting to be set up completely.
