Choosing the right tools for hash board repairs

Lately, I've been checking out hash board repair tutorials online and thought I'd give fixing some minor issues a shot. What tools do you guys find easy to work with and actually worth having?

There's no easy to use unless you are skilled all tools needed for repairing hashboard are BGA hotair, Soldering iron, soldering lead, solder paste, Multimeter, test fixture and hashboard code editor. Thanks for your reply, I found some recommended repair tools in their repair guide. And this site is full of accessories, when I need accessories, I think I will contact them first.
