Hey everyone, I'm just starting out with mining and my antminer T15 isn't hashing at all. I’ve updated to the latest firmware and I can ping it without losing any packets. Is there something I should tweak in the network settings or do I need to set up port forwarding? I've attached my logs for reference. Appreciate any help!

Can you edit your post and put all logs inside the insert tag? It's a # button you can find when editing your post then separate both two logs. Anyway, about your problem the chain[2] seems to have an issue, it can't detect properly it could be a software or hardware issue. I'd like you to try is to flash the miner through SD card you can download the SD image/firmware from this link below. - https://shop.bitmain.com/support/download Then test it again and update here.

Thanks, I already updated the firmware from a gui. Would doing so with an sd card make a difference?

Upgrading and flashing through an SD card is totally different from flashing it will erase and replace the firmware upgrading is just like patching the firmware. You can also try to remove the Chain[2] and test two hashboard if it's running fine. If it doesn't solve your issue try to run them one by one or test each hashboard one by one. You can follow this guide "Test hashboard one by one" as reference. Update here for any changes on the kernel logs.

ll Hello, sorry I am having some trouble, I bought and sd card, formatted it to fat32 and downloaded the tarball. Do I just extract gz->tar->files and put those files on the sd card? there is another file that is a tar extension do I have to uncompress this too? Thank you for your help sir, all the youtube videos had different file types or overclocked software.

SD card image is not compressed with .tar you need to download the SD card image directly on the bitmains page under "Flashing SD card with image". The t15 sd card image is in the zip file you will need to extract them and paste them to the SD card. You can follow this guide below as a reference - https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003100743-S19-S19-Pro-control-board-program-recovery-SD-card-flashing-

You can't just easily find it due to appearance changes from the Bitmain download page. Any way you can find it on drop point it to other and then specific model to "flash SD card with image". If you can' still find it then here is the direct link below - https://shop.bitmain.com/support/download?archivesId=00720160119094319010Sw6KAwpN06B7&type=0 After that look for "T15 SD card recovery" and then download.

Thank you, I ended up finding it, still have the same problem, I also tried unplugging board 2, to no avail. Do you see anything in the logs in the post above yours?

I check but it shows two hashbord with 0 ASIC numbers I suggest you try to troubleshoot and check the hashboard physically. Use multimeter to check resistance on the test point. You can follow the guide from this link below - https://www.zeusbtc.com/articles/information/169-antminer-s15-and-t15-manual-download Also, check the voltage output of your PSU  and try to mine on other pools.
