How do coupons affect the de minimis? With BM releasing a slew of coupons it puts the S15 at $680.00 after a $340 coupon.

Essentially it can work with a favorable interpretation. Though I would prepare for duties.

If an item is shipped to a known freight forwarder and a bill of lading for export can be provided. Would the taxes still apply?

Translation ship them to Malaysia then to USA do I beat the trump tax. Answer maybe you do. Maybe you get caught. May be a crime. Now if bitmain was to ship multiple parts to Malaysia and the gear was assembled in Malaysia it may be 100% good to go. With no trump tax. There are legal ways to avoid the tax. Pretty sure if you are a big player you can do it. I have seen multiple listings for MOQ of 100 shipped from Malaysia. I would worry if I did this as I suspect they are not avoiding the tax correctly.

Only unit's I've seen "from Malaysia" on are bitmain listings from resellers and Bitmain haven't confirmed they assemble there. I would be weary as well. It's about country of origin. Even used units from another country are applicable to duties because of where they made.

They are being assembled there. For the most part to get it from Malaysia MOQ is 100 units if you have a relationship if you don't MOQ can be much higher. Assembled in Malaysia. I mean the chips are from taiwan and logic boards and cheap as hell to make and so are the shells.

If you are ordering over 100 you can probably make it happen. It would be a pre-order for September delivery. I have a feeling majority of their stock is going to be pre-ordered before they put it on their site based off of the order of chips people speculated they got coming.

If they are Malaysia assembled and avoid the trump tax legally I would want 5 to 10 of them. I need 5 to 10 units of new gear for sure. I might need 120 kwatts of gear beyond that. But 5 to 10 s17s or something like this I need ASAP.

I can see if I can order more machines but I would have to ask the gentleman doing the group buy. The group buy is for a mining facility and their customers so I would have to see if there is a way to order them and then pick them up or something. You said ASAP but September is the next batch being released so I don't think there is any faster way without buying someone else's for a premium that already has one. If you want me to inquire I can call and find out if you wanted to host them with them I can more than likely make it happen. It's the facility we spoke about maybe a year ago over pm.

Where is this hosting facility? I've been looking to host overseas to avoid Trumpf tax.

Host I am talking about is located in New York. I have been trying to setup an overseas mine and got investors but if the new thing is miners coming from non heavily taxxed companies I might think otherwise. My goal was always Kosovo, Ukraine, Canada, USA in that order. Mainly due to little to no taxes and cheap power. While Canada and USA have higher taxes specially for importing + electricity is hard to find in USA at good rates.

Yeah  the t2 t30  at 792 looks decent.

Seems the pricing has been removed from Innos site and the s9k is out of stock.
