Happy new year everyone. New year means fresh energy, determination, and goals. Let's keep pushing forward. Bitcoin's price is soaring, and it looks like there's some serious global adoption happening. I came across some talks about the US considering a bitcoin reserve economy. Is there a place or section here where we can chat about bitcoin regulations? This year, a ton of countries are likely to roll out various regulations, with some being supportive and others totally against bitcoin. We gotta stay in the loop about what's going on with bitcoin in different places. Edit: Feel free to share and discuss the latest bitcoin regulations from around the world right here.

This your question should be found on the beginners and help section because it has nothing to do with the forum, this is more about bitcoin itself in which you're making enquiries and i will suggest that you have the thread, or your question asked on the bitcoin discussion board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=1.0 or on the speculation board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=57.0 lastly, it could also be discussed on a local board in case you discovered one that you belong to.

Read this Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ. You will be informed about purposes of several boards in the forum for Bitcoin related discussions. After reading these board descriptions, you can guess what board is fitted for discussions on regulations. It's Legal child board of Bitcoin Discussion board.

I have read the unofficial rules and I don't think it described boards. But thanks for showing me the legal child board. It fits my question, I have never discovered or posted there. I will lock the thread.

This thread was created by me when I was looking for the board to discuss bitcoin regulations in different countries, I was told that legal board exists. I think a moderator moved the post to this board. I want the post to serve as a thread where anyone can update random new regulations in different countries.

In my topic there is relevant information about regulations against bitcoin internationally and also in EU. It is very difficult to have privacy with bitcoin and even harder to spend bitcoin if you have successfully achieved privacy with your bitcoin. KYC AML laws on DEFI transactions in EU. Lots and lots of bad news for you in that topic I made. Governments are attacking crypto and bitcoin privacy aspects. They don't want there to be any privacy for bitcoin. Here is the link to read about it and join the discussion: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5525532.0
