So, Faketoshi is back with some wild legal moves.
Craig Wright's team is going after bitcoin.org and bitcoincore.org, claiming copyright issues and insisting that CSW is the real Satoshi Nakamoto. They even say he owns the Bitcoin whitepaper and the bitcoin.org domain! It looks like he wants to flex his copyright rights now.
Cøbra from Bitcoin.org fired back, pointing out that Bitcoin was launched under the MIT license, which means it can be shared freely.

Lol! CSW is leaving no stones unturned in proving himself as the real Satoshi! Sometimes I wonder, what he will gain if we all agree that he is Satoshi? He doesn't have the key to original Satoshi's addresses so he can't take over the coins! What else could be the reason!
If he has the keys to take over the coins he could have done that already. But it is clear that he doesn't have access to all such stuffs. He is probably just trying to seek more attention so that he can promote his own coin!
It's true ...

This guy do really need some attention. what he's trying to prove out? All of us in the community know that he's isnt satoshi and now he's trying to fight about copywright claim on thing that he dont actually own?
This man have no shame and just continuing to look himself funny in the public on claiming things which are obviously a full of shit. When this guy will ever stop?
I think CSW is just a part of bigger picture attack on Bitcoin, and even if everyone knows he is not the real Satoshi, he can be used in future for various manipulations.
Many websites, including Jameson Lopp website posted Bitcoin whitepaper on their website after this action from CSW lawyers:
https://twitter.com/lopp/status/1352198321813803010
MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor posted Bitcoin whitepaper on his websites, Square Crypto, SkyBridge Capital. Blockstream, Fidelity Digital Assets uploaded whitepaper and many other websites.
This is the right attitude
Now, this is a strong move against a clown and a fraud in this community, next thing should be (and hoping) crypto exchanges hosting bitcoin whitepaper and delist this shitcoin make this fraud cry.

The code is under MIT
that's it
eg LTC copy and use that - don't use 'Bitcoin' / Whitepaper seems to be good
- Copyright and more : Nothing granted
This has nothing to do with the Bitcoin community.
He is making a point to BSV community -- that's his audience. Every one of these public maneuvers is intended to trick them into buying more BSV. There is no other explanation that makes sense.
Anyone possessing just a handful of brain cells can see there is no legal case to be made on this issue.
With further proof of documents and license, one cannot claim that he was the owner of something when the subject is stated as it can freely distributed.Just like how bitcoin should be, it cannot be govern by someone, a group of people, by government, or even the wealthiest people. Claiming that CSW is the real satoshi is an illogical statement.
CSW is now making threats and saying he will burn cryptocurrency to non existence and if he dies there is 5 billion USD fund dedicated to destroy anyone who considers BTC as the real Bitcoin.
He is banned from twitter so I think he is using some of his own eco chamber media for self proclamations, but he sounds more and more like a Joker from Batman movie.
What's next on CSW schedule? Is he going to sue government of Estonia and Colombia now?
Both countries uploaded Bitcoin whitepaper on their official government websites.
Estonia BTC whitepaper:

Looks like CSW Faketoshi will have to sue City of Miami and government for hosting Bitcoin Whitepaper on their official website.
Watch out Miami... Faketoshi is coming for you, watch ya gonna do, watch ya gonna do when he comes for you?

I don't see any way in which Faketoshi could win this. There's literally no way for him to prove that he's the owner of the Bitcoin WP.
What can he do? Sue people hoping that they'll be afraid because they could be summoned to court? This won't work and he knows it.
It's going to be so much fun when he finally runs out of money and ends up in some psych ward.
I only see this as no use for him but trying hard just to take the attention and wants to fool some of the people who don't have any idea who he really is.
We're in the bull market and he needs some boost for his BSV that doesn't move ever since we've entered into bitcoin's bull run.

if the law can't be fair then kidnapping this con man (Craig) is the best option "lol"
I think prison is to easy for Faketoshi and they can't put insane man there but some madhouse would be much better place for him.
He is now demanding from Bitcoin developers to give him access for stolen Mt.Gox coins that they have no access for, but he is not suing only BTC developers but everyone else including his own bsv devs.
I fully support campaign for delisting his crap from all exchanges, and I think something like that started with OKcoin exchange few days ago.

Cobra just received a new letter from CSW lawyers and proceedings started because he is still refusing to remove Bitcoin whitepaper from bitcoin.org website and he didn't reply and provided his full name and postal address.
Crazy man has started going for bitcoin developers and their families saying that most of them will fold... so the only question is who will be his next target?
Maybe regular people and anyone who uses Bitcoin...
