GekkoScience FS7 Compact slow performance issues

hey folks I've got the GekkoScience FS7 Compact and I'm dealing with some slow speeds. Right now, I'm using a USB 3.0 hub for my miner, but I’ve heard there might be problems with certain USB 3.0 hubs. Just wondering if anyone thinks that could be causing my issues. I've attached some screenshots, and it seems like not all miners are getting power. thanks to everyone who checks this out, really appreciate your help groke
