I’m trying to verify signatures for the Bitcoin core client I downloaded using GPG on my Mac. I found that a lot of articles suggest downloading GPG from gpgtools.org. But when I hit the download button on their site, it leads me to a link that seems to have SSL certificate problems. My browser shows a warning about it. Plus, the main site is a .org but the DMG file is on a .com domain. After ignoring the warning, the link didn’t work at all. Even Apple’s official guidance mentions this site, but I’m wondering if gpgtools.org is actually down for downloading GPG on Mac? Can anyone confirm?

just checked the link it was suppose to initialise a download process ..... Check https://gpgtools.org/ You should see this  or was it the same page?? Download  should start directly  without  reference And I think you are talking  about the download server To clear your curiosity both link are same though and they have same  Body SHA-256 Maybe you should try downloading through a different browser if the link seem to be damage(inactive) from the browser you used
