Has anyone checked out this site for hiring a hacker to regain access to a bitcoin wallet?

I have no idea about the website you are referring to. Tell us what you want to achieve. Someone may be able to help you.   If your wallet has been hacked or your bitcoin was stolen, there is no way to recover your fund. Your fund is gone forever and anyone who claim that they can recover your wallet is a scammer. If you have lost your keys and you don't have the wallet file (or you have the wallet file, but that's encrypted and you have no idea about the password), your bitcoin is lost. If you have a seed phrase and you have lost 3 words or less, you may be able to brute-force your seed phrase by yourself using BTCRecover. If you have an encrypted wallet file, the password isn't long and you have some idea about that, you may be able to brute-force your password by yourself using BTCRecover.

I tried to search hacking hub but it pointed me to the site to teach how to hack but I couldn't see a list of hackers to hire. If this is all about recovering a Bitcoin wallet password the link provided by hosseinimr93 above should the right way to recover it or better hire a reputable wallet recovery service check the link below. - http://walletrecoveryservices.com/ Be careful dealing with newbies better ignore those who PM you.

Frankly, this sounds like a foolproof recipe to be scammed. You should provide more details to allow a better assessment of your problem. Is this your own Bitcoin wallet? What particular Bitcoin wallet is it? (E.g. Bitcoin Core, Electrum, Sparrow, ...) What is the exact problem why you can't access that wallet? Did you forget the encryption password/passphrase of your wallet? Did you buy this wallet from someone and it fools you for a (usually faked) Bitcoin treasure? So many questions, so little details from you, initially.
