Hey everyone I've got a few s19pro units that are acting up with their hashboards. Some problems seem to be with the temperature sensors, while others aren't recognizing the ASIC chips. I’m on the hunt for a tester to help figure out what’s wrong with them. I’ve been checking out options like the picoBT, k8, k9, STasic, along with a few other brands from Zeus and other places online. But honestly, I'm not sure which one I should go for. Any advice on which testers are solid and why would be super helpful. Thanks a lot!

I bought a universal test fixture from zeusbtc to try to repair my S19 XP HYD board but faced the issue that I cannot trace over 180 asic also for a working hashboard so I'm also trying to find out if there is a better choice.

PicoBT is expensive, but the advantage of having this one is that if you have different models and brands, it supports most of the brands, like Whatsminer, Innosilicon, and other brands and units. If you don't have these brands/units, then, like the above said, I suggest the Antminer universal test fixture. Choose the upgraded one; it's a bit expensive than the old universal test fixture but still cheaper than Pico.

But, what's the difference between say a picobt and the K9 from thanos, which looks exactly the same and says it does all the same things. https://thanosmining.com/products/picobt-tester

I don't know why they call it K9. I don't see any difference between Picobt and K9. As you can see, they work the same and support multiple ASIC brands. For appearance, it looks the same. The old picobt from ZeusBTC had limited slots, but the newest picobt looks the same as k9.
