So I’m curious, what can I do if I want to set this up for Bitcoin mining? I've got 75 solar panels, each at 550 watts, which totals 41,250 watts. How many bitcoin miners could I run with that power?

Show your power generation graph by hour? If you have free electricity during the day, then try to calculate its cost for the remaining time in order to mine 24 hours a day. If you only have solar energy and no batteries, then you will have problems.

This is completely wrong. Sunlight does not work 24 hours a day and does not work 100% efficiently. Therefore, without a battery system, the mining farm will operate for approximately half a day, and to calculate Energy Production= solar panel per kW * sunlight hours per day * efficiency factor Electricity is one factor, but you have the space, budget, cooling, capital recovery and need batteries because the mining farm needs to operate 24 hours.
