I've got a few S19 Pro ASICs running and I'm trying to figure out the best ways to cut down on the noise without messing with airflow or cooling too much. I've seen some folks making sound-dampening boxes out of wood or MDF, using acoustic foam, or even hooking up miners to duct systems with silencers.
For anyone who's tackled this:
• What's worked best for you when it comes to quieting down your ASICs?
• Got any tips on materials, fan configurations, or duct sizes that hold up over time?
• Do I need intake ducts/fans, or is just exhaust enough?
Would love to see any advice or pics of setups that keep the noise low while keeping temps in check.
How to quiet S19 Pro ASIC miners effectively

Do you have one of this silencer running? i really wish i can see a video on this to see how effective they actually works, many big farm are complaining about the noises from their farms, and this silencers are available? why are they not using them already? i follow some big btc miners on youtube, none of them are using this silencer and it is a dream of all farm owners out there.
If it does work it should be on every miners mind, asic miners screams alot and they are very annoying.

Good noise boxes reduce noise to 40-45 decibels.
If this isn't enough, you can install an alternative cooling system for your ASIC. Don't try to invent anything new; everything has been tried and tested for the S19 series ASICs, and you can find reviews. You need to find trusted sellers in your country.

Telling someone not to try something new is like killing a dream, what if something good become invented? JUST because many have tried don't mean it is the end, if everyone thinks this way nothing new will be created anymore, we will all be stuck with our old gadgets and devices, pls a word of encouragement is important, many dreams and innovations were killed like this.

To invent something new, you first need to try existing solutions and then refine them with your own experience.
If you think you can invent a new, quiet cooling system for S19 ASICs, then go for it, but you'll need engineering experience and mining experience to do so.

yeah I want to jump off a bridge flap my wings and fly away.
don't discourage me.
as to the op fan cooling asics can work.
you can do what ever you want to make your gear quiet.
you can buy these controllers
https://altairtech.io/product/epic-umc-universal-mining-control-board/
slow the fans and clock lower ie make the 110th pro do 85th and slow the fans to 4000 rpm
I can give you 50 ways to lower 2 asics to manageable sound levels.
do not bring in large farms as they have zero in common with 2 s19 pro miners.
I ran a few larger size mines not huge but 300 kwatts
I can tell you when you run 100 miners at 3 kwatts a piece.
the concrete slab in a 20,000 foot warehouse can get warm.
even when I ran 4 miners in the winter in my garage I can use 12000 watts and the entire 24 by 24 foot slab in the garage is warm.
but if I run the units down clocked to 9000 watts I do not hav the issue.
there are at least a thousand posts on how to cool off asic miners and not be loud.
so pick what ever you want and do it.
post back to show what you did.
I have so many threads with posts on cooling.
I prefer to use 1 board cases I print on a printer.
https://altairtech.io/product/bitchimney/
I purchased this and then redesigned the case .
and these are quiet and run great. I use t21 boards.
but they cost $$$
I'm using this Blower silencer Gen2. Don't just look at its nice appearance; it's actually very practical.

Now there are specialized accessories for noise reduction and heat dissipation, and many such products are available for sale.

this arrived today. I will set it up over the weekend do a review and a video of it.
Hi give the Antminer Loki Edition that use's 2 S19 board's and is more suggested for home miners and cannot be overclocked.

That's right. Their products are reliable and cost-effective, and, most importantly, their service is excellent.
Maybe i am a little late to the discussion but i may add some value.
Noise is produced by tip vortice of fan blades and is proportional to tip speed ~ D^1 and n^1
Airflow is proportional D^3 and n^1
max pressure is proportional D^2 and n^2
power is proportional D^5 and n^3
With doubling D you can run at 1/8 rpm with same airflow. This results in 1/4 tip speed and much less noise.
Taking pressure into account you will need a little more than that, but aiming for larger fan diameter is the way to go to reduce noise.
I would advise against silencer boxes as those airflow labirynths add a lot off pressure to the flow and reduce airflow.
Silencing those asics one by one 200mm fans are the right size. I would advise Soler Palau S&P TD800/200 silent as it is already a silencend one (acoustic foam between flow channel and hull).
Creating packages with 1+ miners you can aim for even larger fans.
