I invested some cash in metamask and got wrecked on a few coins. Also, I used MEXC and got liquidated on several trades, and the losses were pretty significant. Is there a way to pull this data without having to manually sift through each transaction on etherscan?

Have you tried checking in with Nansen and DeBank? They are good portfolio platforms and yes you can see your transactions there in some chains as they support multiple chains. In Nansen, you can check each of your transactions and see also the PNL (how much you lost or earned profits) if it's in case of trading or even exchanging pairs.

Let's try some of tax calculators and find the softwares that can work for you. I am not familiar with them, honestly.
As for Mexc, you can export your trade history by following instructions from this article, see: https://www.mexc.com/support/articles/7574844625817 -- you may also use it in tax softwares listed above. They have a live chat if you have further questions about this.
When you said "I put some money in metamask got rugged on some coins", what exchange did you use? dex ig?
