I'm thrilled to share **PBpool**, a simple and self-hosted solo mining pool software that allows you to **keep 100% of your block rewards** without any middlemen or fees. This tool is perfect for miners who appreciate **decentralization and full control**. PBpool connects straight to your Bitcoin node and is compatible with **ASICs, GPUs, and Python miners**. 🔗 Check it out on GitHub: https://github.com/HugoXOX3/PBpool So, why PBpool? ✅ **100% Solo Mining** Rewards go *directly to your wallet* ✅ **No Fees** Unlike regular mining pools, you don’t lose a single satoshi ✅ **Easy to Set Up** Works with Bitcoin Core and common mining software ✅ **Persistent Tracking** Miner stats stay intact even after restarts/crashes Looking for Community Support (Beta Stage) PBpool is **up and running but needs testing** to really thrive as a solid solution. We’re on the lookout for: - **Testers** to run nodes and report any bugs - **Developers** to enhance features (like Stratum support, monitoring, etc.) - **Feedback** on the setup process, performance, and documentation Current Limitations (Need Your Help!): - Only supports HTTP API for now (planning on adding Stratum protocol) - Requires more real-world hash rate testing - UI/UX improvements needed (like a web dashboard) How to Get Started 1. Clone the repository: ```bash git clone https://github.com/HugoXOX3/PBpool.git ``` 2. Follow the [README](https://github.com/HugoXOX3/PBpool#readme) for instructions. 3. Start mining solo and **report any issues you find on GitHub**! Join the Development Let’s create a **community-driven solo mining tool** together! You can contribute by: - ⭐ **Starring the repo** (it helps with visibility) - 🐛 **Submitting bug reports** - 💡 **Suggesting features**

This is great. So it's basically CLI-only for now? Do you plan to create a desktop application for this or no?

The only way you're going to make this work is if there's a community behind it. Running self hosted pools is good but if you're the only miner the chances of hitting a block are so low it's never going to happen.  How will you introduce the mining pool to ppl outside bitcointalk ?
