So, why isn’t Bitcoin more accepted by the average person? Honestly, a ton of folks just don’t get it, which leads to fear and hesitation. Understanding Bitcoin isn’t straightforward, and that technical jargon can sound like magic to many.
For most of the public, Bitcoin seems like sorcery. It’s almost like a wizard telling you that you lack the skill to work magic and sending you back to your mundane life.
A lot of people only know the basics how to trade, use exchanges, set up wallets, or check market trends. They’re just chasing prices without grasping the actual tech or economic principles behind Bitcoin.
Sure, there’s a small group who stay updated. However, while Bitcoin addresses are on the rise, tons of newbies are jumping in too, driven by the hype. They end up buying and selling, getting burned, and then exiting the scene. Some even ride trends and make a quick buck, but that’s just luck, not real understanding. When they lose their money again, they’re left blaming fate.
The crypto world is full of surprises, but it won’t be kind to those who don’t take the time to learn.
Is Bitcoin just magic from Hogwarts?

People who think this way are either severely misled by some malicious people who brainwashed them with a lot of lies, which usually means after some time they realize those were lies and come back.
Or they naturally think this way which means they also think other things they use daily such as their phone, vehicles, bank and banking system, ATMs, ... are also "magic". There is nothing we can do, that is how they're built!

This kind of people often use lies to verify lies. They dont have their own position and cognition. Because they are too impetuous, they dont want to calm down and look at Bitcoin. Those who follow other peoples thinking will never appear on the stage. .

This kind of people isn't misled, they are delusional. I mean there's no way that magic exist in this world unless you consider the different mysteries in science and it's wonders a magic then probably OP isn't as delusional than I think he is. Also, OP can you prove us that there's magic, it shouldn't be easily or can't be totally explained at all to be considered a magic.

Hey OP, did you mean to say MIT or UC Berkeley? Because that place is full of wizards called engineers, they specialize in different magics like Conjuration(3D Printing), Summoning(Robotics), Spells(Coding) and many other kinds of magic. Maybe that's what you meant when you said that bitcoin was made by a wizard, probably bitcoin was a side project by some student in the Hufflepuff while everyone was trying to save the world against the Dark Lord.
Well, it simply means they don't understand it. That's it. Unknown things are simply things waiting to be known, to be understood, to be discovered. Using something to completely bypass that process so as to satisfy the self is simply running away from the root. It's quite funny how developed the internet is already, and yet there are still more people that are ignorant or are willing to be one since they can't be assed to study themselves and have to spoonfeed everything to them.

No, Bitcoin comes from the great inventor Satoshi Nakamoto who is very intelligent. Imagine that he thinks to make a cryptocurrency bitcoin which is very popular today due to its use and having an anonymity transaction without getting involved the government and world bank. We can also make a good image with Hogwarts and witchcraft due to that the function of it is like magic in which you can make money online and other stuff.
There is nothing difficult about Bitcoin. I think sometimes we are the ones that makes it seem a little bit complicated. Some of us when asked about Bitcoin, we dont go straight to the point as to what it is, rather we just beat around the bush. And some of us would be telling people that Bitcoin is a place to get rich quick, thats why people we hear that youre trading Bitcoin and they will start thinking that you are very rich, its all because of what they were told.
When people ask me what is Bitcoin, I simply tell them that it is a peer to peer payment method, but it is volatile. Thats a simple explanation, and it will make them understand that Bitcoin is simply a payment method and nothing more. Then when they ask me about the volatility, I tell them that they can either lose their money or make more money from it, it goes both ways, but when they decide to go in-depth, they will understand how to put this in their favor.

I really do not know what you're driving at because your thoughts seems random to me. I'm even surprised there seems to be many who understand you and are giving appropriate responses. How about making the OP clear enough for people like us to understand the purpose of your post.

Bitcoin is technology built by somebody, it has no magic attached to it, just the way we have innovations that were built right from the medieval era, Bitcoin is simply science put into display. If you tell me that the knowledge that was used in building was divinely sent in the form intellectual gift to the builder, I would partially agree with you, but outrightly saying that it came from witchcraft or some sort of sorcery, then i totally disagree with you.
Bitcoin being bitcoin isn't some kind of vudu or magic element. It's a technology that works using a trust network. I don't see why we should relate bitcoin with magic when we don't cast any spell or do something that's unimaginary.
Many people simply don't want to study the idea behind bitcoin, that's why they have failed over the years go use it. Knowledge indeed is vital in cases like this.
You don't need to be vast in the technical aspect of bitcoin before you invest into it, you just need to like you mentioned, know what wallet to use, how to trade it and keep your coins safe..
