Hey everyone,
I just reflashed the SD card on my Apollo II full node, but it’s stuck at about 380,000 blocks. The connection keeps going on and off. I’m not getting any errors, just a warning when it’s offline that says "warning Connection refused. Your node is not running." When I do manage to connect, I’m linked to anywhere from 3 to 12 out of 64 possible connections.
I even turned off the miner like I saw recommended, but it’s still not moving forward.
I reached out to Futurebit three days ago for help, but haven’t heard back.
Anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this?
Try updating the unit first to do that, just go to your unit's IP on the browser, then go to settings or a shutdown icon look-alike on the top right under version just click the version.
Wait for it, if it shows a new version is available, don't close it, it will automatically update to the most recent version.
If it's already using the latest version, then you're other option is to try SD card flashing, the guide on how to flash the SD card can be found here https://www.futurebit.io/apollo-btc-support
Make sure to backup all files first from SD card before flashing it.
If my solution doesn't work try some solution from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5340015.msg57091053#msg57091053
I'm having the same issues you are, except currently, it won't get past block 539K. I've reflashed the SD card several times, the connections move between 1-13/64 and turning it off and on, &/or rebooting it does nothing. Customer service is ridiculously slow at responding! I received this miner almost 3 weeks ago and I am beyond annoyed.
