Did anyone catch that interview where Jack Dorsey kinda let it slip that he might be Satoshi? The interviewer asked him something only Satoshi would really care about. They asked, "What would you say if you faced Craig Wright?" Dorsey replied with, "There are no words." I mean, who else would even give a damn about Craig Wright besides Satoshi? So yeah, his answer kinda makes it sound like he’s admitting he’s Satoshi. I feel like anyone else would be totally lost by that question, but Dorsey’s response kinda gives it away, right?
Check out the video at 9:55 for that specific question.
WTF did I just read
I don't know if I should just report it
Even if I expected something false or speculative never expected this.
Does that mean that since I'm the only that Knows that Bitcoin is money then I'm satoshi?
If you must know a lot of people have issues with Faketoshi and the reason is in his name.
its an interview on youtube and the question asked implies that if you answer you have to be satoshi and jack dorsey looks shocked pauses then answers. its really smart question. the interview was between two asics with jack dorsey. the question is about craig wright. its game theory brilliant question by the interviewer.
Being considered as Satoshi just because he answered a question sounds ridiculous especially when his answer was just "there are no words".
That answer alone implies that there is nothing to talk or there is no conversation needed to begin with.
HELL no.
there is no sense to view this speculation and the way as C. Wright has take place of Satoshi identity has been definitely questionable all the time.
I would not see a billionaire as Satoshi for a quantity of reason that would take too much space here to be reported.
To be honest Satoshi (unless a voluntary disclosure of some incident) can't be found with a single phrase
Where is that interview, can you share it?
I only knew this one Jack Dorsey is not Satoshi Nakamoto. Read it to know reasons why, and debunk any claim that Jack Dorsey is Satoshi Nakamoto.
You don't need to feel excited or fearful when any news about someone claims or discovered as Satoshi Nakamoto who already disappeared for good things of Bitcoin project and Bitcoin community.
Your reason is ridiculous, craig aka faketoshi have done so much damage to cryptocurrency space (especially Bitcoin development). With your reason, would you say that everyone who join COPA (Crypto Open Patent Alliance) as Satoshi Nakamoto? After all, they bothered to spend few million dollar and lots of time to sue him in UK court.
I read the question and it doesn't in any way make Jack out to be Satoshi. As a Bitcoin enthusiast and one who had heard of the way Craig patrolled himself as Satoshi, it's alright to have some sort of anger at how the man tried desperately to convince the public otherwise so the question was plain and simple. You don't need to be Satoshi to air how you feel and Jack never mentioned being Satoshi when he gave the answer so no need to get your hackles up.
Only satoshi would have a problem with CSW? Yeah right. Only satoshi and every other bitcoiner. (except those few who really believe Craig's lies.)
How the fuck did you come up to that conclusion, with what kind mental gymnastics?
We are all Satoshi here!
Don't take these people's words in interviews too seriously.
Craig Wright is an idiot and a con man on the one hand, but his antics have made him famous worldwide, and he'll be making big money from his fame for a long time to come.
Treat this as a regular TV show.
Craig is not the only people who are Faketoshi.
How many wrongs make a Wright?
About Faketoshis.
Yes we are all Satoshi Nakamotos by using Bitcoin blockchain and have bitcoins.
you have to watch the context of the interview for it to make since. its "between two asics with jack dorsey on youtube"
you guys got to remember that twitter was originally an instant message board started by 5-6 crypto enthusiast. it then became twitter when they turned it into a social media platform. most crucial evidence is one of jack dorseys first post on twitter was "working on a new money system". the interviewer during the whole interview hints that dorsey is satoshi and the way jack is responding gives it away.
What does CIA on the board mean?
What does the number 47 mean?
About CIA, Gavin Andresen visited the CIA shortly after Satoshi Nakamoto announced that he will leave the Bitcoin community, and do something else.
Gavin will visit the CIA.
the thing that satoshi was moving onto was working at twitter becuz satoshi is jack dorsey. Thats the reason none of the original bitcoin has ever been moved becuz dorsey used the twitter money to live off of. At one point shortly after bitcoin gained traction dorsey already had over a billion in twitter stock options.
Jack Dorsey already took Craig Wright to court and won the case, he was funding Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) who filed a lawsuit against Craig Wright in U.K. High Court and won, what more do you need.
I really cannot understand this part, how does this answer gives anyone a conclusion that Jack Dorsey admitted he is Satoshi, he will never make that claim.
You can link that interview here, so that we could understand what you are implying here.
It is a good theory, the problem is that Satoshi Nakamoto was an expert in C++ while Dorsey was an expert in web application framework. If Jack was Satoshi, he could have signed from the original Genesis Block and silenced Craig, rather than taking him to court.
This is the question any other person could just give in quiet response to by not saying a word, moreover what else would he have said that would justify him than nothing, all these are not enough reason to assume if he was Satoshi, the only legitimate means to identify who is satoshi is by signing a message, which I don't think suggest you will ever do to prove it identity or claim being responsible behind bitcoin as he has left the forum here already, and it's quite long.
You can say it if you want, it's freedom of speech but to convince me that Jack Dorsey is Satoshi Nakamoto and Satoshi moved on to other things including Twitter development requires a lot of evidence. While your post does not show me anything for convincing me, I am opened to listen to your opinion but not pure sayings, evidence needed.
Honestly, I am more convinced with an article that debunk a conspiracy theory that Jack Dorsey is Satoshi Nakamoto, and I am not convinced by your post.
Why Jack Dorsey is not Satoshi Nakamoto?
I honestly think this discussion will get to nowhere, the only way to prove someone is Satoshi is through signing a message with the addresses identified as owned by Satoshi.
You can say to the world that you are Satoshi, or someone else is Satoshi but if none of them prove and verify themselves through signing a message with the Satoshi owned address, nobody gonna believe.
