Hey everyone, I was in the process of receiving some bitcoin on my Ledger and it showed the transaction as received and confirmed. The BTC showed up in my account, but then out of nowhere, my balance dropped to 0, and now it's saying the transaction is received but not confirmed. I checked the blockchain, and it says there are already 2 confirmations for that transaction. Anyone know what's going on? Also, after this situation, Ledger prompted me to update my Nano, and I went ahead and did that. Now I can't see the Bitcoin and Solana icons I had installed before. This change happened after the issue I just mentioned.

If it was confirmed like you say then it's not possible that BTC just vanished from your wallet, there must be another transaction from your wallet to somewhere or the TX was never confirmed in the first place and it replaced by high fee with different destination from the sender. Check your wallet history to see if the funds or going out, or share the TX to see it's double spent.

Check your transaction history on the Ledger Suite. Or copy the address that you used to receive the coin and track it on the blockchain explorer to know what actually happened. You can easily know if you still have coins or not if you track the address on blockchain explorer. Or if you do not mind, you can paste the address on this thread for us to help you do it. But you may not want to do that for privacy reason.

Just reinstall your Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL) Apps in your Ledger Nano. If you're using the same backup seed phrase, your accounts in Ledger Live should be reproduced without issues once you set it up. If there's no outgoing transaction, this may just be a sync issue that can be solved by rescanning Ledger Live servers. Clear your App's cache with "Settings->Help->Clear Cache" and it should resync (could take a few seconds or more). But since you also have the issue above, do this after solving that.

since you mentioned that the blockchain says it already received 2 confirmations, your issues can be narrowed down to ledger being out of sync with the blockchain, if you are using a Ledger Nano X, there might be bluetooth connection issues after the update or apps might need to be reinstalled manually. possible solutions are as mentioned by nc50lc and as for bluetooth try to forget bluetooth connection on your device and pair it again.
