Hey everyone!
Hope you all are doing awesome and enjoying your crypto trading adventures. I was thinking that this section could use some more fun, so let’s skip the serious facts for now.
✔️ Share your latest market ideas with some memes.
✔️ Throw in your own comments too.
✔️ Let’s keep this thread popular!
Just a heads up, I’d love to see how the community reacts to this. Make sure to post some memes and feel free to share your thoughts in the same post. If we can keep this thread on the front page for a week without any spam and with good content, I’ll make some changes here.
I’m planning to set up a reward pool to show some love to the good contributors, and I’ll kick it off with a small contribution. If everyone gets involved, we can keep the fun going with discussions and rewards. I’ll keep updating the thread properly if we get good reactions and posts.

The ongoing increase in Memecoin activity has been fun for some people, and I'm also seeing many "haters" quick to call them all garbage. If you understand there is room for fun in the crypto world, then the hate is a waste of time and energy, so Be Happy and enjoy the ride.

I like the overall theme of this thread. This place needs some laughs . Here is one of my favorite meme which clearly point out the power of HODLing over short term traders.
i guess i'm one of those haters.
there's nothing fun about memecoins unless you are a degen gambler and you like making other people rich hoping your turn will come one day.
let's be real, they are all garbage, and don't get me started on all the scams.
Ahh Thanks buddy!
Haha, Both of my fellows this is not about the meme coins.. its about the memes... are you getting me I know my English is not that bad, I hate shit coins too but it's about the fun.
Memes are OK but these pumpfun and memecoins =shitcoins (Prefer not to write anymore)
source; unknownTG
i know, sorry. but i couldn't resist hating on memecoins.
i'm disappointed the orange logo got removed, without it the meme feels incomplete
Don't fall for it!
Edit: I got one more.
Any alts lover??

Don't you think moving this post down to the altcoin section would be more better? Basically since is altcoin related issues and not solely on bitcoin trading. But, if you think this is okay then there would be no problem as i think altcoin sections serves this post the best.
However, i have reduced my interest on altcoin after several years with my experience in cryptocurrencies made me not to place so much priorities to altcoin because i know too well that they are easily manipulated by their community or project owner, more especially they are mostly hyped coin and if you aren't smart enough for the hype you gets rugged pulled.
Some are quite funny actually. I am not a fully degen buddy but I did trade some memecoin, yeah some of them are garbage but indeed some gave me some good multiplier so I am not gonna close my eyes that memecoins are indeed one of the biggest contributor on overall marketcap.
I prefer memecoins Id received as airdrop but not gonna go bigs on some random meme that has a smart contract attached. But I did it sometimes only for fun.
I'm sure you are talking about the thread section, buddy this trading discussion thread is not dedicated to the Bitcoin discussion it's about trading and my topic is not for any specific narrative, it's about memes on traders and trading journeys.
So there's nothing like Bitcoin and Altcoin. Please add some good memes if you do have any of them.
Not Alts lover but you memes are good enough..
anyone had this happen to him?
because it sure did happen to me.

Sorry Zwei, I edit your image to be like this :
That is what I often did in the past. I share this condition with my friends in WhatsApp group
It was what we did to say that we never give up to fix the bad situation. So by doing that, we can survived until now and many of us are making a profit.

It is so simple, 'buy low and sell high'. Repeat it infinite times to have trillion dollars. There is no limit, how much you can print. Still you guys make mistakes. It is beyond my comprehension.

How about this one, I like this the most because it explains the universal mistakes we all traders do, even when I was newbie to till now I just feel happy (don't take SS) that I am making that much profit but I did not booked the profit and market goes down, recently this happened with me in one of my trades that I made $160 in profit I did not booked and then the market dropped to my buying price and then it rose back I still did not booked and it dumped back to the buying price after two times.
The third time I booked but booked at a lower price and the token pumped more well I am still happy that I booked at that price because it again dropped to my buying price of even lower.
ay, i also never give up on fixing a bad trade. i always manage to turn it from bad to "i'm in deep shit right now"
69% of the time, it's more like "buy high and sell low", hehehe.
if only timing the market was that easy

Memecoins + leverage a suicidal poison.
Trading memecoin on leverage is more or less a death sentence lol except you're lucky.
Tried it a couple of times and you often get liquidated much faster than trading majors. You'd be surprised how fast even established memecoin go -20% to -50%.
Do Y'all trade them with leverage or just spot via trenches only?

Please read the theme of this thread. It has nothing to do with meme-coins (unless you can make it so). While your advice generically sound, this thread is specially made for mocking these. . Sorry if sounded rude.
lol @nelson4lov memecoin traders are not trading, they are betting, or trying to scam before they get scammed
Anyway my favorite trading meme that encapsulates what a small group of us who started forex years before crypto used to say: no use getting rich with no plan, cos one day Death is gonna come for all of us.
Most of these memecoins are actually not listed on centralized exchanges and as such they do not get listed on futures or leverage trading, even if they do get listed one thing i know mostly from them is they do not have that much leverage percentage attached to it because of their volatility. This set of memecoins are mostly strong based ones but the regular memecoins hardly makes it to the exchanges and are simply mere pump and dump coins.
The volatility that most of these memecoins have is that it is very volatile and the use of leverage will be useless in this kind of trades because the volatility will simply increase the price to an unprecedented high and low. Memecoins are never something one should jump into because it is by far more risky than any coin

Well, you'd be surprised. There are plenty of memecoins listed on several centralized exchanges.
For instance:
Binance has listed more memecoins than normal altcoins in the last 3 months and 100% of all these listings are available on perps too so you can slap up to 50x leverage on them but like I said, suicidal.
Bybit and Bitget list memes too.
MEXC lists almost all memecoins on perps.
The reason why I don't recommend it is because the volatility is too high. You can get liquidated even during times where majors are relatively stable with no huge moves in either direction. But there are people who long/short memecoins. One pf such persons is the "Bonk guy". You can search on X (Twitter) to read his story.
