Hey everyone.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a more active platform where I can get some solid help with bitcoin tech support? If you have any recommendations, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!

After this forum, I would say StackExchange: https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/
And maybe (it depends on the nature of your question) Reddit. But beware of scammers there, there are plenty of them. You will be bombarded with DMs especially if whatever question you have is related to recovering or restoring a wallet for example.

I think you're best bet is right here. There're plenty of knowledgeable people here who trustworthy.
Like OSS said, stackexchange is good, but reliable answers can be slow to come. I like them for research, but getting quick help can be a challenge.
Reddit is a shitshow, I would avoid it like the plague. You'll get more scammers coming for your bitcoin than you will helpful comments.

Like the above said, the forum is the best place to see more active people who can help related to Bitcoin.
Outside this forum, you get slow responses, but if this is related to the Bitcoin core wallet, why not go directly to the GitHub page?
If I am right that this is Bitcoin core wallet, then you can go to this link below and report your issue.
Based in your post history that you recently created a thread related to your wallet data around 2009 and 2010 you talking about bitcoin bitmap file and asking if you can load this file on the network. I think you could't do that just to get the BTC if you have the wallet.dat file you need to extract all private key from that file instead of converting it into Bitmap and import it to a new wallet.

For reference, OP asked for assistance with his files allegedly from Bitcoin in 2009~2010 but no one replied (for some apparent reason)
It's this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5519647.0
Unfortunately OP, the contents are vague and based from the wordings, it doesn't fit a story that's related to Bitcoin.
To mention one; Bitcoin didn't launched with "promotional stuffs" like what you've described.
You may find smaller, but more dedicated Bitcoin community on either IRC[1], Nostr or Matrix communication protocol. But such community usually have strict guideline or rule, where you're expected to write detailed question.

There are far too many "vague" topics nowadays. It could be related to Bitcoin's price increase, more and more people seem to think they'll find a "loophole" to get rich, often related to bought wallets.
The "support" isn't the problem here. The weird topics are.
