Where can I find it? Bitmain sells the whole unit for 17,400 but I'm just after one hashboard and it needs to be the latest version. 9.5J/T is impressive, my last rig was the s19j pro. It had 104th for 3300W, but I'm eyeing the same 104T with about 1200W using an s23 hydro. I think I can push it beyond 9.5J by underclocking to 500 to 700W total from just one hashboard.
What I need: a single hashboard, water cooling block, pump, hoses, radiator, power supply, control board, fan/cooling ideas, soundproofing solutions, and materials to block electronic frequencies. Also looking for design ideas for quiet airflow and enclosures.
I could design it to include a HEPA air filter for some passive filtration. Maybe even add humidifier features or sensors for air quality and temperature, plus IoT integration. I want to connect an IoT solution with a thermometer and a remote switch to turn things off when not needed.
Thinking about a short hose to the radiator for winter and a longer one for summer so I can place it outside. This way, I avoid downtime except for thermal limits year-round.
The goal is silent home bitcoin mining for extra warmth with the most efficient DIY setup.
Where can I get a single s23 hydro hashboard and control board?
I’m not interested in some cheap canaan solution at 20J/T and calling it a day.
Let's chat.
Looking for a single latest gen hashboard and control board from Bitmain

A lot of variables are needed to answer your question.
I could get you a s21xp air cooled hashboard with a controller that will run it.
for under 2k.
shipping may be an issue as We are in different countries.
it would do 11-13 watts.
Cant tell about the until you want.
As i do not know if it will work with oem controller and just 1 board.
How are s21 hydro hashboards powered? Can I power one hashboard without three phase? Or better to get one of those waterblock kit upgrades https://www.zeusbtc.com/ASIC-Miner-Repair/Parts-Tools-Details.asp?ID=3454 for the non hydro variants? I'm chasing a solution 800w to 1600w with 9.5J/T efficiency s23 but 11-13 of s21 is fine. May buy a single unit and divide it up into smaller units, 1 hashboard 1 control board 1 psu, underclocked for lowest speed/power usage. As its only 1 hashboard the 3000W psu isn't needed, 5000w for the hydro...
Google and YouTube really isn't helping, can't find any resources on single hashboard implementation
found some manual on changing a APW3++ for single hashboard
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hEh2XW7yJzJfub6O3e2CxQB2vN95M_UW0jz7VBk6UUI/edit?usp=sharing
just what i was looking for really, the loki and njordline kit and all their manuals
https://pivotalpleb.com/products/loki-kit
yet i have no need to change to 120V, 230/240V here in UK.
Wonder if a APW3++ can handle a undervolted and underclocked s21xp hashboard
the kits focus mostly on s19, there is some mention of s21, but not s21xp. im wondering about the 12 - 12.5V or over 12.5V needs of different board revisions
i am looking at 4000 usd for new s21xp from asia supplier, with 5400 direct from bitmain
shopping list:
1x s21xp
2x control boards (use 1 from original)
2x APW3++ (use 1 from original)
3x cloudline ac infinity
3x njordline kits
materials and sound proofing for enclosures
i hope to make 3 big and quiet space heaters
We sell Antminers by the hashboard and by the ASIC to enable builders

S23 series is not released yet, but we are expecting first units to arrive in a few weeks and once they do we'll have their hashboards and chips up for sale.
As always, there's no MOQ and worldwide shipping.
