Hey everyone, I run Tether.Charity and I'm looking for people who want to help with getting it off the ground. If you’ve got any tips or ideas on how to proceed, I’d love to hear them. Thanks, Simone.

Tried to access the , but I'm being directed to a dubious website that forces me to download software; it's good that I have an antivirus to block these downloads. What really is your domain?

You want to open a charity, so that means you are in the process of creating it, not that you have, right? Before you request for collaboration, you would have to provide further information on how exactly you want to run this. However, what exactly do you mean by it wouldn't be 'money oriented'? What do you intend to give out?

Hi, of course all we need informatios, I'm okay with it. Text to SimoTether@gmail.com or or reply here, but by email I can give you my phone for example. I never did a charity and I don't know the process but I can imagine it's harder then known. Let me know. Waiting reply PS: "not money oriented" is because I'm not doing it for money but to help people that work for 1k month and we have to share our fortune. And blablabla but this is the key reason. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ EDIT / UPDATE I bought an hosting and I'm making a landing page. I will update here when all is done. byeee I'm Italian btw, not scared to give all my data...I'm doing this because crypto people have money, they are young and they can understand sooner how good is help people in general, even with money. I was rich many times with crypto...and I think to know what can help people. SimoTether.gmail

Then it's not the right time for you to do it, join a charitable institution in your locality first, learn all the rules and guidelines on how to set up one online and offline, instead of being anonymous and asking anonymous people its better to be part of charitable organization first to get an idea on how everything works, instead of launching one without any idea what it is.

I want to do something new, listen my heart, not my brain full of bs. Thanks for your advice btw but I will never partner with what I saw, charity speaking...40% for them 60% to to things (and the most good). We are young, we exploring the world with different eyes, we can do something for people that will help other people help people etc etc I dont do this for money but to teach and help...based on my experience...I made the Monnalisa of system in 2015... You're reading but not getting my point. It's ok to help within your expertise, but in this thread, you are asking about a charity concept project where you have no idea how it works. What I'm trying to say is to get involved with an offline or other online charity organization, so you will have firsthand experience to draw on. Can you tell me the exact thread of that?

Ok I get the point, I need an Organization Plan. I will do! Just to say that I'm here since 2015 and I have done things and I don't come from nothing. But maybe I should not post that. You can see my YT Video about that and because I did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAn664t0z7o (I'm not trying to advertise myself, just to explain what was asked me, thanks)

Can you tell robelneo the title of that thread?  Also, you need to register as a charity in your jurisdiction.   Before that, you will need a criminal record check, and you will not be able to remain anonymous, or control the donated funds.   Charities separate those roles to avoid embezzlement.

You claim to be in bitcoin since 2015.   You need to prove that statement.   Please answer robelneo - thx!

A person would lie and state they have been in crypto for over a decade in order to gain more trust from this community ("you don't come from nothing").   Without trust, a person would not get very far in a charitable project.    You want your project to succeed, you need trust for that, so you will make up extraordinary claims (based on your experience). You claim "we are young" and you don't understand why verification is important with irreversible currency.  Where would a little guy like you read such big words eleven years ago?

I underdtand that, okay I will find very old files from 2015. For sure we will need an Escrow to be sure that funds will be used for what they were donated. A bitcointalk.org Escrow would be great. Just a thought. [mod note: Merged consecutive posts]

Guy is a big joke; he was here in 2015, and yet he does not know how to trace the URL of his own post, so let me do it for you When tracing, you don't say "first post" or "first thread" unless it's pinned, because a thread can be bumped. I can bump one of the threads in that section, and your first post will become the second. It will just confuse readers. If you're going to market your platform, learn how to code. It's easy, and the internet can teach you.

What you are trying to do is important.  So we do not want the person in charge to be a liar.   We will wait for your proof.

I've been following it since the day you created this thread. I will leave my point of view. -21 years ago, I organized a mountain-bike race here in the city where I live. -As I needed sponsorship and support, before I left to talk to businessmen,  I left the race project, course, altimetry, how I would publicize it, the expenses I would have and everything I would need, and only after that ready,  I left the house to then talk and ask for support, financier, logistical and material, it was not easy, out of every 10 people I talked to, one helped with something, but yes, I did the first and second edition, and then I came to the conclusion that messing with the public power is a waste of time. - they wanted me to pass the organization to the city hall,  they wanted the money from the registrations, and not promoting a good event. -In short, from what I understood here, it would be as if you wanted to do a race, but you still don't know how far the route will be, and you are already asking for financial support. *My first email address, the server broke, and the second email address,  I have for over 25 years.  I believe that if you had opened this topic, with the project ready, your credibility would be infinitely greater, and you would not be wasting time answering questions that do not involve the project that you have not yet presented, as well as ideas of what the project may be like.  I'm no one to recommend anything to you, but I recommend that you first create the project, and only then create a topic and present it, and then answer the questions regarding the project, and even improve it with the questions asked.
