hey
so here's the deal: I’m not receiving the 2FA email needed to log in.
when I tried to "recover" my wallet with the 12-word seed, it immediately prompted me to create a new password. I got a message saying "successfully set" but when I try to log in, it still asks for that 2FA email. I thought that part would be reset.
edit:
I managed to log in by using my email instead of the wallet ID, but I still needed to verify 2FA to get in.
I really want to ditch this wallet provider. I have my 12-word recovery seed. How do I get those into Electrum so I can send everything to my hardware wallet?

If you can't get access to your fund through blockchain.com for any reason, you can simply import your seed phrase into other wallets like electrum.
Download electrum from its official websiteIn electrum, create a new walletSelect "Standard wallet" and then "I already have a seed".Click on "Options" and check BIP39 seed. (If you are on mobile, select "BIP39" from the drop-down menu.)Enter your seed phrase and click "Next".Select "native segwit" if your addresses on blockchain.com start with bc1 and legacy if they start with 1Now you should have access to your wallet, if you imported a correct seed phrase and did the above steps correctly.
I also recommend you to create a new wallet in electrum after getting access to your wallet and move all the fund to the new wallet. Blockchain.com is close source and there is no way to know how your keys are generated.

I thought they've already fixed that issue before...
As their customer support would say: Have you checked your "Spam" folder or other inboxes?
Have you tried including their "Authorize Log In" email address (notify@wallet-tx.blockchain.com) to your contacts or whitelist?
In the provided steps by the two replies above,
You may choose to use "Detect Existing Accounts" in the script type selection window so Electrum can look for the possible derivation path and script type that you may have used.
For example, if you created and used more that one wallet name in "Settings->Wallets and Addresses", Electrum will detect two which should be restored separately.
Also, only your "DeFi Wallet(s)" can be restored to Electrum, the custodial funds have to be access through their App/Website.
