You use only 2 sat/byte, that is very low and can not use free tx accelerator like https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator
Conditions to use it.
I check your Pending transaction and it is not RBF opt-in.

How did you make this transaction?
Is it a withdrawal from a centralized platform?
Did you broadcast it in your wallet but that wallet does not support RBF opt-in?
Could you share more information please.
I used blockchain

If you want help, you should start by giving accurate information. Did you mean Blockchain.com's wallet or exchange? Or just "blockchain" as a generic term?

Because your transaction is non RBF, you can not use RBF to bump fee rate.
There is an option for you in this case, import that wallet to Electrum wallet and use Child Pay For Parents.

With Electrum wallet, download it from an official website but if possible, it's recommended to verify the download before using. If you feel overwhelming now, simply download Electrum from an official website and use it, but in future, make sure you learn to do verification steps.

Go here:
https://mempool.space/tx/1848b39fd2918ed5d2ee0b196d8a5d04228cbbd8ff74ccfdaae6bbccca67de8b
Click on Accelerate
Send them $ (Either BTC or CashApp or GPay)
And it should be in the next block or 2 after your payment clears.

Be using wallet that support RBF. You will be able to increase the fee on such wallet.
Bitcoin open source wallets that support replace-by-fee (RBF)
It is better you use CPFP.
If you are the receiver and you use a noncustodial wallet, use CPFP. Or if the sender is using noncustodial wallet, he can also use CPFP. The fee can be set to 8 sat/vbyte for the child transaction.
Ok is the mempool.space legit and can i pay with bitcoin?

The cost of accelerator is about $25 that is too expensive. I don't check other Paid Tx Accelerators but if OP really wants to boost it with paid fee, there are other accelerators. Check them all and use a cheapest one.

I still don't get why people get their transactions literally stuck on the MEMPOOL. Could it be that the are trying to pay very little fees or they are just trying to keep the transaction pending for a longer period of time. Firstly let me start by saying as a newbie if you don't understand how bitcoin transactions , fees and confirmations work don't try reducing your fees. Most wallets would defaultly select medium or fastest fees before you attempt to adjust and for a while now the MEMPOOL has been nice when it comes to fee rate so you literally won't be charged over $2 - $3.
Personally I think it's ok for a newbie to send that much fees than for you to reduce the fee without properly calculating based on the fact that you don't understand how to manage fees and likely end up doing either an RBF or CPFP which would incur even more fees.
It's not possible for OP to do CPFP.
Given the transaction history of the receiving address, it should belong to a custodial service and OP has no control over that.
You have to use a lightning wallet to pay with Bitcoin. They will show you a lightning invoice right next to the CashApp, Apple/Google Pay options. The minimum amount you can pay for acceleration is 51,000 sats, which seems expensive. If you dont already have a lightning channel set up, this will cost you additional fees. If it is really urgent, you can decide if it is worth it to jump through a few hoops to use lightning and pay these extra fees.

That shouldn't matter now that more and more nodes use Full RBF.
I know about Full RBF nodes that are increasing but not all nodes have it.
hosseinimr93 has a guide in Turn non-RBF transaction to RBF enabled? on replacing a non-RBF transaction with a new one and wait for luck that some nodes with Full-RBF policy will accept and take it to their mempools, wait for confirmation.
It is too technical with me and I believe with newbies, it will make them panic and give up.

Slightly OT, but it's because some wallets / services are broken or are at times just wrong.
As a for example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5507531.0
The wallet that I use with the default fee that for the last 100 or so transactions ALWAYS had it in the next block or 2.
This transaction took over 2 hours.
A bit different vs the not going to clear for weeks issue that the OP is having BUT, it's still the same concept.
You really check the fees before sending, but I don't think a lot of us do on a regular basis.
I had another TX over the summer that I had to do a CPFP because the the fee needed to be in the 30 sat / vb range an the wallet only did 18 or so. No idea why or how it got that number but it's what it came up with and I just blindly accepted it. So, yes it tends to be more of a newbie issue but I think I can safely say we all do it now and then.

I went through the topic you quoted and I understand where you are coming from. Infact sometimes, depending on the situations and wallets, even open source wallets like ELECTRUM can pick a random wrong fee at first. However it's now left for you as a bitcoiner to pick or adjust the fees based on the congestion on the MEMPOOL at that time and how quick you want the transaction to arrive.
Today I did a very small transaction and ETA on my wallet suggested I made use of 3.2 sats/vbyte and it would arrive in the next block. However I didn't make use of 3.2 sats/vbyte I first went to check the MEMPOOL and I noticed 5 sats/vbyte for lowest priority and I made use of 5.2 sats/vbyte incase fees increased but I was a little wrong. I was supposed to stick to 3.2 sats/vbytes but I didn't since I just thought 5.2 was ok since it was still around US working hours.
Anyways my point is it's better to use a slightly bigger fee than use a very small fee and end up paying extra.
You should try checking the MEMPOOL anytime you want to make a transaction too it helps alot especially to save fees.
Pls what's OT you mentioned.
