Need help with Dragonmint T1

I just got my hands on 2 used Dragonmint T1 miners, and I finished setting up a 220 outlet in my storage space. They both powered up without any issues at first, and I thought they hadn't been reset before. I pressed the reset buttons for 30 seconds, and it worked the power light is now solid and the ethernet lights are on. But when I try to access the IP, it keeps loading and doesn't finish. Any ideas on how to get this sorted? Should I try upgrading the firmware? The tricky part is I can’t access the dashboard for that. I saw a slot marked "tf" but the inside doesn't really look like an SD card slot. If anyone has any tips, I'd really appreciate it.
