Hey everyone, I really appreciate anyone who's reading this. I'm Derrick and I need some urgent help. I just restored a bunch of my old wallets because I had a security issue. Now, my wallet shows that I have coins, but when I try to access it, the balance just vanishes. I'm seriously confused about why this keeps happening. How can I secure my coins properly and move them to a new address? Any tips that help me secure my coins will be greatly appreciated, and I'll reward you for your assistance!
You can email me at getbunnyloved33@gmail.com if you have advice.

I guess that's due to syncing, try to sync your wallet latest of blockchain by letting it online. Once it gets fully synced you might see your balance once again. Once the coins appear then you can easily transfer those coins to another new wallet.
I suggest you to create that new wallet with the help of Electrum which's a very good, open-source software wallet. Be careful to backup your keys and seed phrases of the new wallet before transferring your coins to it.
Try to wait sometime to see your wallet syncing if it still doesn't show the coins in the wallets then there might be another issue.

What coins are you talking about? If it's Bitcoin I guess a transaction has already been broadcasted via that address that's why once the wallet syncs with the block chain the balance reduces. It could also be probably because your internet is bad making your wallet unable to sync with the Blockchain to fetch your balance.
If the fee is not high you can actually try canceling the transaction. Blue wallet makes it easier with that you can just rebroadcast to a new address and use a higher fee so the new one is verified quicker making the old one invalid.

Okay thank you so much, and I'm not crazy right cause it's been happening for like two weeks now where my wallet displays a balance but then disappears. From my understanding if there's nothing there no balance would display right? I ask to gain a bit of reassurance even though I believe I'm correct in saying such.

Why not tell us what wallet you use?
If it's a Mycelium wallet it is a common issue it always has a syncing issue since before until now didn't been solved the only solution for this is to import the wallet to Electrum wallet if you have a seed backup and then transfer it right away to a new wallet(To Electrum) for safety purposes.

Does the balance disappear as in "go to 0", or is it sent to another address (as in: your computer is compromised)?
The wallets reflecting are are from CoinEx, Key Ring Pro and Token Pocket And Bitget Wallet.

Can you, please, explain what do you mean by "as soon as I click my address to enter my wallet" and can you tell us what wallet you are using (sorry, I missed your latest reply).
Anyway, the best and fastest way to know how much you actually have is to enter you address(es) into a block explorer and it will show how many coins you have on that address. You can use mempool.space

Avoid any messages you might get from your email address from now on. Posting your email address here is a huge risk as scammers might send you spam, phishing links and malware that can steal your coins.
I also suggest you edit your original posts and remove the email address.
If I understand well, are you trying to say you have some coins stored in Bitget, CoinEx, Keyring pro and token pocket but as soon as you click on your wallet address, the balance "disappears"?

Coinex and Bitget are exchanges and not a wallet and never heard of Keyring Pro it seems it's a hardware wallet and token pocket it has a wallet app. I never had any experience using these two wallets.
Have you tried to contact these two exchanges directly to their support?
How did you do to restore these wallets?
It seems all your coins are gone(stolen) if you can't see funds under your accounts.
First, protect your privacy and nobody wants to know your real name here.
Don't publish your email address here too as it possibly will be target of scam, phishing emails.
If you have private keys, you own your coins, no need like ASAP. If you are too much hurry and chase for ASAP help, you might receive offers to help from scammers who will steal your bitcoins.
One more reason to not need ASAP help, Bitcoin will continue to rise and you can sell your bitcoins months later at higher price than now.
I have never faced with this issue.
You can copy and paste your Bitcoin (public address) on Bitcoin block explorers to check its balance.
List of useful Bitcoin block explorers.
If you see balance is 0, that means that wallet was drained out and you already lost your bitcoins. If the balance is positive, you can spend time to recover it.
If you have private keys, you can import it to recover your wallet.

Meanwhile, you're making things difficult for us all and it's hard to know how we are going to help you because you haven't provide an answer to all the previous people ask you which will provide more insight about the cause of the issue or maybe the wallet is already compromise or something.
To provide you an help here answer this question.
Which wallet do you use in particular?
When did the issue start?
What is the wallet public key?
Have you share your wallet private information before?

Could you please share screenshots of how it looks like before and after you click on Enter.
Take a screenshot, upload the image to https://talkimg.com/ and share the links here
Yes, you can if you really have the Bitcoins in the address.
