Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Qubetics ($TICS) and Trust Wallet because I'm really stuck right now. My entire allocation is locked up, and both companies keep passing the blame. So here’s the deal: I got into the Qubetics presale and scored a big chunk of $TICS tokens. They listed Trust Wallet as one of the wallets you could use to receive the tokens. I went ahead and used Trust Wallet Swift Beta on Android, but it has some major issues: - No way to export seed phrases or private keys - Can’t manually add custom networks - There’s this bug that stops me from confirming my new receiving address on the Qubetics dashboard. Here’s what support said: Qubetics Support keeps telling me to reach out to Trust Wallet, saying it’ll get sorted out there. But Trust Wallet Support is just saying it’s a problem with the Qubetics network and that they need to fix it. So basically, I’m stuck with neither of them helping, and my tokens are just sitting there. Right now: Token distribution has kicked off, but I still can’t access, transfer, or recover my allocation in this mess. I’ve followed all the steps and opened tickets (#1404304), but I’m still in limbo. Why I’m posting this: I just want to make people aware of this issue because both of these projects act like they care about users, but when something goes wrong, they leave you hanging. Has anyone else run into the same problem with Qubetics or Trust Wallet?

You say that you are new to crypto and all of the "issues" you raise appear to be user error due to inexperience.  I also bought tokens during the presale, and yes they had issues with the initial airdrop on day 1, but that issue was resolved on the same day. - Every wallet that I have ever set up reminds you to make back ups of the phrase / hexseed when you create the wallet, trust wallet included. - There is 100% an option to add custom networks in the MetaMask Trust Wallet - Not sure what signing bug you encountered, but I used a trust wallet as my new receiving address. You can't blame your inexperience on Qubetics.
