Is the problem coming from the PSU or the hashboards? So I’m getting these logs: 2023-01-22T09:53:39.906480Z INFO bosminer_am2_s17::hardware::hashboard::power::antminer: PWR/1: Waiting for voltage to settle (measured 0.26 V, expected 21.00 V) Then it throws this error: 2023-01-22T09:53:39.906569Z ERROR bosminer_backend::hashchain: CHAIN/1: Init failed: SHORT CIRCUIT measured voltage 0.26 V. A bit later: 2023-01-22T09:53:40.042441Z INFO bosminer_am2_s17::hardware::hashboard::power::antminer: PWR/2: Waiting for voltage to settle (measured 0.25 V, expected 21.00 V) And again, it reports: 2023-01-22T09:53:40.042509Z ERROR bosminer_backend::hashchain: CHAIN/2: Init failed: SHORT CIRCUIT measured voltage 0.25 V. At least the fans are fine: 2023-01-22T09:53:40.104880Z INFO bosminer_backend::hashchain: CHAIN/3: Fans OK. But then it keeps saying: 2023-01-22T09:53:40.107214Z INFO bosminer_am2_s17::hardware::hashboard::power::antminer: PWR/1: Disable voltage. And on it goes, PWR/3 is also waiting for voltage to settle, but it’s stuck at 0.26 V. Errors pile up: 2023-01-22T09:53:41.251828Z ERROR bosminer_backend::miner: CHAIN/1: Start failed: Other(SHORT CIRCUIT measured voltage 0.26 V) and the same for CHAIN/2. So what do you think? PSU or hashboards?

Could be either. I'd start debug by power off, pulling all hash boards, power on and measure the supply with a DVM. That'll confirm if the PSU is dead. Then if the supply is present, add one hash board at a time back into the unit until you find which boards are still operational.

my guess is psu where are you located? I am in New Jesery USA  I have a working s17 psu. Swapping out the psu is where I would start to trouble shoot it. this guy on ebay is in Canada https://www.ebay.com/itm/114861660423? I do not know him but if you are in Canada or USA it is fairly low cost price.

It is bad PSU for 90%. Go replace it. You can use also old one. This is old miner . FYO: this line says it exactly: 2023-01-22T09:53:41.251828Z ERROR bosminer_backend::miner: CHAIN/1: Start failed: Other(SHORT CIRCUIT - measured voltage 0.26 V) -- So for other guys. When you see this than CHANGE PSU
