At 7J/T I highly doubt - like 99.999% against- it exists. That level of efficiency is simply not possible even if they use 3nm node chips (which no one is) and they say they are 4nm chips. Throw in it being air cooled - fans pull power - and its SPL of 37db, well, not gonna happen.
The diamond heat spreader is nothing new. Diamond heat spreaders have been used for decades where their cost justifies it. The idea is to take heat from a small surface area - in this case the top of a chip - and spread it out over a larger area (the heat sink) to be dissipated. The advantage comes from it being spread out and feeding the entire surface area of the heat sink vs being concentrated in the center of a heat sink and the sink itself carrying the heat to its edges.
It would be more believable if they actually showed the device's UI mining to any known pool for actual power and hashrate validation. Without that meh..
