Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing great! So, I’m in the UK and I’m on the lookout for a good Bitcoin wallet that really prioritizes privacy. I’m pretty new to this whole Bitcoin scene and I want something user-friendly. I’ve been thinking about Sparrow Wallet, but I’d love to hear any opinions or suggestions from you all. Would really appreciate your help! Also, I noticed that Sparrow Wallet lets you pay using services like Strike, which takes your credit card info. Doesn’t that mean this data gets saved somewhere related to the wallet? If anyone can shed some light on this, I’d be super grateful. Thanks a ton for any advice! Wishing you all an awesome week ahead!

What type of privacy are you looking for? not providing your personal details (such as name, phone number, and address)? don't want your transactions to be traceable at all? It sounds like it's the former and if my guess is correct, Sparrow wallet would be a good wallet to use. It's also open source, so you don't have to worry about the developers doing something they shouldn't be doing in the background. As for the second part, could you please elaborate?  What do you mean "Sparrow accepts payments from Strike"? Sparrow can receive transactions from any bitcoin exchange. Binance, Coinbase, Strike, etc. You should be able to withdraw your funds from any exchange to Sparrow. If you use an address from Sparrow to withdraw from Strike, Strike will have that address stored in their database obviously, but cannot know which wallet you used to generate address. That's why It's recommended to use a different address each time you want to receive bitcoin, you don't want for all your transactions from different exchanges, or individuals to lead to the same address.

Thank you very much for getting back to me OmegaStarScream you are a very wonderful and amazing person, i truly appreciate your kindness and support. I hope that everything is going well for you and you are happy. Regarding the level of privacy, i am wanting to be as anonymous as possible, such as not providing my personal details. Regarding my transactions to not be traceable at all, i am assuming for this you mean that Bitcoins would be need to be purchased at an ATM? If you kindly could clarify this i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me. My apologies regarding Sparrow accepts payments from Strike, i was thinking you could add payment methods to your Sparrow wallet such as deposit funds in GBP, however i think i have got this incorrect. It would be the exchanges that you purchase your Bitcoin from that would accept certain payment methods, have i got this correct please? If you kindly please had any thoughts on this i would be immensely appreciative and my heart would go out to you. I am very sorry to ask one final question, i feel embarrassed and anxious to ask, but kindly hope you can please help. Regarding Bisq this was the Exchange i was planning on using to purchase Bitcoins. However, you require a minimum of 0.0001BTC as deposit, do you please have any thoughts on where i can purchase these Bitcoins from anonymously to fund my Bisq account please? If you could kindly please help with this i would be so grateful for your help, i would be highly thankful for your time and support with this. Thank you ever so much for your kindness, your response was very helpful and i really cannot thank you enough. Hope you continue to have an amazing rest of the day. Sending you lots of good wishes and i truly hope you continue to have a wonderful and amazing life. With my every best wishes to you OmegaStarScream.

Yes, sparrow wallet is just a noncustodial wallet for coins and can not be used to manage your fiat currencies or exchange them. You have to exchange the fiat currencies using a p2p exchange like bisq There are other p2p exchanges that don't request for KYC like Robotsats Check this site: https://kycnot.me/?t=exchange&q=&btc=on&fiat=on You can also post an advert on the currency exchange board. You could be able to exchange your GBP for BTC with a forum member without any KYC but make sure you deal with only trusted members or use escrow service.
