I find the legal policy for Singaporean businesses very easy. Their policy is very open, the purpose is to attract talent

I'm not going to avail your service but I just want to ask on what's the name of your consultancy? And what is this platform you are saying? Can you also give that exchange / platform you are saying? It may be very easy but it's going to cost some bucks as usual. One of the most expensive countries worldwide and center of businesses, great place to start his own crypto company.

I think Singapore is not the best place to start a crypto business. All Asian countries are ambivalent about the cryptocurrency. They can change laws to the opposite in a short time. No, I think it's very risky. It seems to me that it is better to open such a business in Europe. It's more predictable. Besides, there are offshore zones.

Is that legal if I'm not a resident of the country? To be honest, Singapore has always attracted me. I've always dreamed of ever moving there and starting my own business and now I think I almost got this opportunity. 2 months ago I met a wonderful man through Facebook and got in love with him. Now I want to move there and finally run a business asap. I hope piloto asia will help me in that (visit pilotoasia.com).

Don't know exactly what the main residence requirements of the founders are to open a company in that country. As a reference, if you opened a branch company specifically serving local residents like Binance did, I think that would be fine. It is recommended that you contact your local law firm for an accurate answer. For now, the Singapore government seems to be tightening the regulation of cryptocurrency sector companies more. Several large companies have been banned one by one. After binance, this time huobi got a service shutdown warning.
