Got 4 bucks in USDC. Is there any chance to convert that USDC into USDT? Can't seem to find the USDC/USDT pair for futures on BingX.

With 4 dollars for trading, it's too small, and if you intend to over leverage it to $40 or $400, you will be liquidated in trading and will lose your $4.
If you want to be in this market, but don't have enough money now, let's work, focus on savings, and use it for your investment in Bitcoin. Don't trade with intention to use very high leverages when you are poor. This trading like gambling approach won't help you richer, but will certainly make you poorer.
On Bingx, you can find this trading pair, and convert USDC to USDT

If you want to trade USDCUSDT contract (which is future trading pair), you are not converting USDC to USDT but you want to make money from trading the pair. Some exchanges like Bybit have such pairs but I do not trade stablecoin/stableccoin pair on derivative exchanges.
Go to spot and search for USDC, you will see USDC/USDT pair on BingX which is what you are looking for as you want to convert USDC to USDT.

Why futures? Spot trading is what you're looking for as mentioned above.
If you have the money outside of BingX, then you should probably go with a DEX assuming that the funds are not stored in a high fees network like Ethereum.
Thanks I was able to convert it in spot..
Do you really want to use your $4 in futures trading? In my knowledge, it seems like you can also trade on Bing X even with a small amount of money for this kind of thing.
It's okay with futures as long as you have knowledge of trading.
In futures, you can grow it if the position you choose is always right and the analysis you do is correct, but if it's wrong, you will be liquidated quickly unless the leverage you use is low.
But for small amounts like that, usually high leverage is used there.
Not worth it I think, cause if you do futures you need to have some balance for fees which is likely eat the profits from doing futures, so if you only use $4 usdc then its not gonna be juicy when you do it.
Why not buy some alts with that figure on spot market and make some profits until you earn more $ for future trading.
As everybody said, at this amount of money you better either play at an exchange that accepts usdc, either spend it on something more useful for you if you find it a significant amount.
I will give you an example, or an answer, if you want. I've done a quick check and it looks like https://nonkyc.io/ is one place you can exchange USDC to USDT. I don't know what is the minimum trade amount, you have to check if this is what you want. But then, like for any exchange, you'll face the withdrawal fee. For USDT on some networks is only 1$ (so 1/4 of what you have!!) for other networks is 9.5$.
So you know now an exchange you can use. But I'd say that the swap you want, for such small amount, doesn't worth the hassle and the fees you pay.
I am sure he wanna used it for shitcoin, maybe those shitcoin with lots of zeros where 4$ would be giving him about 1b of the token. Usually it could be those meme coin that is over hyped on social media and allover. Exchange like binance wouldn't allow you to trade $4 there minimal is $10 but I don't know about that exchange you mentioned.

It seems you are confused between futures and cex/spot if you are going to futures there's no list of pair for USDC to USDT because these two coins are stable coins. Even in other exchanges, you can't find this pair because both of them are stable coins. Unless you trade on spot/cex to place a limit order, you can also directly convert USDT to USDC and vice versa.
Take note of futures. If you are going to use it when buying something in futures, you won't get any coins; instead, you will end up placing a buy or sell position, so be careful because if your position liquidates, you will lose all of your funds in an instant. This is not the same as on spot/cex once you place a limit, it exchanges into the coin you want.
Stable coins in theory need to be stable, and even they have risk of depegs. There is very little demand on futures trading on volatility of stable coins like depegs. It makes senses if centralized exchanges don't provide trading pairs between stable coins in Futures Trading market.
Conversion takes fees and with only $4, it doesn't worth to make any conversion. Some exchanges have their min trading like $10 or at least $5, so with only $4 the user will have to forget about trading with Spot.
Minimal in perpeptual contract size is $2.

of course you won't find it because it's future you're talking about, even if you happen to found the pair, you won't convert your USDC to USDT but instead its gonna open long position and if you close the position you got USDC agan.
as other have mentioned find the pair in spot and you'll see, or just trade using USDC pair if the exchange have any which honestly quite rare to come by and even if it exists, the liquidity will be inferior.

We are talking about futures trading and what we should care about is our leverage and position , we will not receive any tokens in futures trading .
That's quite a small amount and I'm not sure he can start trading with that small amount . But if possible this is a wise move as his goal could be to experience futures trading . If he is newbie and using minimum amount to try futures trading is the right decision instead of using large amount. Because as we all know, futures trading is very risky and is no different from gambling .
$4 is also money and may not be anything to many people here but it may be a significant amount to others . I don't see any problem with starting trading with $4 if the exchange allows using that amount for trading .
You are right and I don't trade on future due to its volatility nature, what I mostly trade on is spot trading which I am more familiar with than others. Using 4$ is wise decision to trade to test out things how it works maybe who knows if there would be improvement while trading over there, even though $4 seemly to be too small but it is a good start than using huge amount to trade and get it swipe off in couples of minutes.
With $ 4, you are unlikely to be able to gain trading skills, since almost every exchange needs to have more deposit to open an order. The right solution for such a deposit would be trading on a demo account, and in parallel with this, finding a job that would allow to collect the necessary deposit for trading on a real account.
use built-in convert feature in exchange that you're using, they purposefully created this feature to accomodate people to convert their small capital into other asset, with little fee.
with $4 the fee will just eat your money, there's minimum cap fee and as far as I know trading with $4 you will be charged the same fee as trading $100 so it's not really a good idea, with $4 people usually trade on future, despite the higher risk due to leverage, $4 is pretty good starting point for your future margin, as long as you use responsible leverage such as 2x with good fundamental analysis and TA you'll be fine but I don't think $4 gonna be good idea for spot.
It seems that all above replies ignored that @OP actually managed to convert usdc --> usdt using spot trading.

USDT/USDC pair is available in Bitget, first, check if Bingx allows withdrawal in BSC if yes then it should be free of cost as most of the exchanges are not charging for this chain nowadays so you can take this advantage even if they charge it shouldn't be more than 0.1 cents so withdrawal and then convert it's easy.
