I'm curious about this new kind of lightning anchors. From what I understand, these outputs used to be P2WSH with a script like <pubkey> OP_CHECKSIG OP_IFDUP OP_NOTIF OP_16 OP_CSV OP_ENDIF.
Now I've noticed several transactions that seem to be closing lightning channels, like these:

These transactions look a lot like the usual closing channel ones: two outputs of 330 satoshis, with Alice and Bob involved. The main difference? The channel is taproot, and both anchors are taproot types too.
Is there any documentation available about this new lightning protocol?
