Is it just about everyone or are there actually people who are happy with their monthly paycheck? Like, think about it. If someone makes around $100 a month, they start craving for $1000 a month. And then when they finally hit that $1000 mark, suddenly they’re aiming for even more. Is there ever really a stopping point to this?
The endless pursuit of wealth

Human needs are insatiable and the desire to remain constant in our financial life is the main reasons for a weak tomorrow and indirect cause of failure. In as much as life itself is consign our daily responsibilities or challenges will never stop increasing know matter the circumstances attached, so in other to meet up to the desired challenges of life we will be faced with know option than to hunger for more even if we already have little. Note, on the process greed and selfishness should be eliminated
In my experience nobody would turn down extra money but the majority are satisfied, or at least accepting, once they reach a point where they don't have to think too much about spending money. If the majority of your bills each month are $1500 and you earn $2500 a month, then you have quite a bit of room for maneuver and are living relatively comfortable (in terms of income vs outgoings). Once you reach the point where you're earning more and more money, it becomes sort of self perpetuating - people usually see value in what you do and the effort you put in, so you get even more rewards. There are some jobs where you are going to be limited, like minimum wage and easily replaceable positions with little training/skill involved. Don't think or care what others do if you find a happy medium.
There is no end to the needs of ordinary people. The more one has, the more one wants, and in this way the needs continue to increase. The goal of becoming rich also gradually increases and the things that make one happy naturally increase. The three qualities of people that you have mentioned are influenced by each other and this system of influence continues. The one who earns 100 dollars wants to earn a thousand dollars, the one who earns a thousand dollars wants more, and in this way the number of people who have reached the end of their needs is very few in the world and it can be said that there are no such people.
There is no end. People like Elon and Buffett are richer than anybody but even they dont stop acquiring more wealth. They also want something else other than wealth. They seek immortality. Whether it is physical health or leaving a legacy, it doesnt matter. One way or another they want to be around or remembered. When there is no wealth to be acquired, that becomes the next natural goal.
You might want to ask
what if they become immortal too? I mean what if they achieve to live 1000 years? Well, hopefully theyll share that tech with us too so poor bastards like us maybe live to 200. One can only hope.

The human desire for wealth seems to have no end in sight. When one goal is achieved, another appears, seemingly without end. It's no longer about need, but about prestige and comparison. Ultimately, whatever you achieve always feels insufficient.
This is especially true when living in an environment that demands adherence to luxury and glamor.
There's bound to be a desire to be the richest among all.
I think yes, there is an end if a person is single, doesn't have to look after their families because if they are single they are happy with $100 per month and they are 10x happier with $1000 per month haha.
But seriously I think there are some legends that still says money can't buy happiness and money is not everything, and maybe some of those legends really don't regret saying this so they might not care about how much they are earning because they are living a life so simple that no one knows they exist, even their neighbors haha.
No one will say I have enough money, look at the richest guys who are still doing something to make more billions and to reach trillionaire status, which we can't realistically spend in the entire life.
Now talking about the average joe, they want more money due to the lifestyle inflation. When they are getting $100 they are okay with anything but when they started making 10x of what they made then suddenly they feels like they need a cozy appartment and needs a better car so their colleage will give the respect.
Yes, it's common among human beings to keep demanding or dreaming of more, and this is a never-ending thing for most humans. I would be wrong if I said that every human has this thing in them, because there are people who actually become content even with less, as long as they are getting their basic needs fulfilled, they stay happy and say that they are blessed, and they are not wrong. However, most people in the world have the opposite nature from that, and they keep looking for more once they reach their previous target.
Ever wondered why millionaires or billionaires don't stop at one or a few successful businesses? Their aim is always to buy or build more successful businesses, because they never feel content with what they currently have, so they keep trying to get more and more even though what they have is enough for them and a few of their upcoming generations. Look at Elon Musk as an example, he keeps expanding his empire, trying to cover as much space as possible, have his hands in all sorts of businesses, and still doesn't want to stop.

Humans needs in life are unlimited. When a man sees anything, he thinks that he should have this thing. This thought does not allow him to move forward in life. Therefore, we must fulfill our needs, taking into limited our circumstances. It is important for us to live our lives wisely. We should be patient and grateful for what they have. Then You can succeed. If you become greedy and only focus on getting more, you will lose your originality. It is better for a person to be patient with what he has now and always make positive decisions in his life. This is real secret of person's success. Every day of a person's life brings a challenge to him and that challenge is to improve his life from which a person learns a lot.
Whenever you get tired of trying or working then something is wrong, naturally no one ever gets satisfied aside earning money I mean generally in every aspect, humans always strive for more and its fine wanting extra. Lets not make this a big deal mostly when the society is not in a stable state for example inflation, when price of goods keeps increasing what do you expect. I assume those who dont aim higher just dont want to succeed else theres nothing strange and wrong earning higher, many go as far to acquire skill, upgrade education standard for promotion etc, personally this are part of life experience.

I don't think there is an end to such financial desire, people who are rich still look for a way to get more richer, that is why even the richest man in the world is still looking for more money. The end to this is when people start being contented with what they have been paid or what they earn, however contentment means different thing to different people, a person can desire to be contented at $100,000, some people's contentment will be more than $1 million. the Oliver twist desire for some persons can be controlled by their morals others are insatiable with their desire.

Human in nature has no contentment. If you give him bread, he will ask for a drink, and after that he will ask another. Even if that person receives a higher compensation, but there won't be enough for a greedy individual. We are all greedy, but some are just good enough in managing their greed, while some are still in the learning process.
I think its a common behavior for all humans. Most especially if we are seeing opportunities to improve ourselves, and we are seeing potentials in us that could lead to a better and more successful life.
As humans our needs are insatiable, you might be at a level where you earn $100 a month and think you might live better when you start earning more but when you eventually do that wouldn't be enough for you. Those who are rich don't tell themselves that they have accumulated enough wealth and they don't need to work, the rich keep on getting richer this is because they are putting in continuous effort to be better and richer. One thing that fuels the desire to get more rich is the fear of going back to being broke or having nothing
For sure. But it depends on the person. For example, generally when doctors are being paid more in my country, they tend to work less. Even if they would make more money by working harder. That's because they are valuing free time to spend as they will, so they were aiming for that freedom all along.
Time is valuable, and when you can use it to enjoy, be with your family and improve yourself. Then that way of life is already paying itself back.
We all desire to get rich in life. No one turns down an opportunity if that is the key to a rich and successful life. That is the reason why satisfaction is hard to achieved for us, because satisfaction is just in the books, but in real life, all people have no contentment or satisfaction in life. That's why we are called greedy, because we are actually greedy in nature. But some have crossed the line and end up using greed in illegal means, which is a very big mistake.
We don't need to improve and create progress through illegal means, but we can't control those people who want to take shortcuts because they want to get rich real quick.
Reality is, if we are seeing chances that could give us a big break, we eventually rush to get it. There is no man alive that does not care to take such progress and would want to do nothing but rest. Our needs are unstoppable and as we grow more mature and older, our needs also increase in order to live life more happy and satisfying. However, though there are people who prefer to live simple and lowkey but that does not mean that they don't aim for some life's enhancement. For me, its normal for us people, and as we keep living here on Earth, our basic needs and necessities keep growing as well.

No, there is no end to that, and there will never be an end it. If people like Elon Musk still want more money, how much more those who earn far beneath them? I've never seen or heard of any wealthy person who do not want/need more money. Even if they do not want it for themselves, they would want it as a generational wealth, which is where the nature of human beings will continue to play out in this context.

True. For some single persons, the amount of their salary does not matter that much, as long as they can sustain their needs and wants. But this does not tell in general, as there are still few single persons who are even highly motivated to get rich in life so they can prepare their future, and their future family.
Now for those legends, since they have been dealing already probably the best in life, money is no longer their biggest necessity. All they want is just a peaceful and happy life, even without a lot of money around.
There's no end really, managing the money is also a job too. When you buy a really nice house, you need a gardener and maintenance man maybe a chauffer. The more money you have the more its costs to maintain that lifestyle.
Insurance costs, security for all your valuables, the fine car uses more fuel and costs more to run while doing less so now you need two or more cars and a larger garage too. See how it just gets out of control, bigger garage bigger house but to get a big house near a central city job is extremely expensive maybe tens of millions.
The only guy I heard of who had some sense is the owner of Telegram, he aims to have no possessions at all. But surely renting costs more, I didnt hear that part.
