Is the Antminer S19K Pro mining at its advertised speeds? ✅ I’ve put it to the test for a few days and it’s averaging around 120 to 122 terahash. Pretty solid performance, especially compared to the S21. Let’s take a look at why the S19K Pro could be the mining beast you need. Power Consumption and Actual Performance 💡 So yeah, the S19K Pro does use a bit more power than it claims, around 100 watts more, sitting at 23j/ths, but honestly, that’s a minor trade-off for the efficiency you get. Keep in mind though, how well it works can depend a lot on your local climate since these machines can be pretty sensitive to temperature changes. S19K Pro vs. S21 Comparison 🥊 With the Bitcoin halving coming up, it's worth thinking about whether to go for the S19K Pro or to hold out for the new Antminer S21. At 1799 euros, the S19K Pro looks like a good deal compared to the S21 which is listed for around $3,499. The halving’s going to cut the block rewards from 6.25 to 3.125 BTC, making efficiency and cost per terahash super important. Sure, the S21 might be more efficient in the long run, but with the S19K Pro, you can jump right into mining now and get an early advantage before the halving changes the profitability game. 🕒💰 Possible Firmware Enhancements 🔄 The stock firmware does the job well, but there are hints of custom firmware on the horizon that could take efficiency up a notch. Keep an eye out for my next review where I’ll talk about Luxor’s firmware, which is said to enhance thermal performance and maybe even extend the miner's life. 🛠️ Mining Profits

The problem here is that the purchase of such an ASIC will be with the miner’s confidence in the rise in the price of Bitcoin, otherwise after the halving at 4-5 cents per kilowatt, the payback will be very long. calculations here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5472411.msg63098832#msg63098832 Can buy bitcoin and not an old brick
