Trouble connecting my new Apollo II to WiFi

Just picked up an Apollo II and it works fine with ethernet, but every time I try connecting it to my wifi, I get this annoying error 'secrets were required but not provided'. Never seen that before and kinda stumped on what to do. I'm confident that I'm entering the correct wifi password. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
