I'm thinking about finding some land and the right infrastructure for a 10 megawatt mining operation in Indonesia. Gonna need to present this idea to my bosses back in the States. I've only been in the Bitcoin mining game for three months as a beginner. I’ve got relatives in Indonesia and I speak Chinese and English, but my Indonesian isn't great yet. I’m a fast learner though.
I'm also considering getting into mining in the Middle East. I have family there too, so if anyone can help me figure out how to pitch a 10 MW site to my supervisors, that’d be awesome.
But first, let's break down what we need to look into:
1. Initial investment costs.
2. Infrastructure and upkeep expenses.
3. Labor costs, both before and after the build.
4. Any other expenses that don’t include ASIC miners.
5. Cost of electricity per KwH.
6. Overall budget to kick things off.
If anyone has suggestions on where to explore or knows someone who's in the business of leasing land or sites, I’d be more than happy to offer a referral fee for a good lead.
Thanks a ton for any help!
What's the bitcoin mining scene like in Indonesia or the Middle East?

There are a lot of islands in ndonesia. You need to find places with the cheapest electricity and look for options to buy land for mining locations.

When I search for all of the mining groups you mentioned in that article, I only found the article you posted here. What are you trying to do?
I also found very little information about mining in Indonesia, but the good thing is that it is legal there.
If there is little official information, it means that this business is still in its infancy and maybe you should find people in these locations and gather more information.

You can find a lot of information related to mining and mining hardware, but one important consideration is the customs process in Indonesia. Clearing customs for mining equipment there can be exceptionally challenging. Indonesian customs officials are well aware of mining equipment and can identify it even if it is imported through various methods. As a result, they impose significantly high taxes on such imports.
