Is mining Bitcoin with GPUs more profitable than using an Antminer? I'm curious about the differences in profitability between the two options.
Which is better for Bitcoin mining: Antminer or GPUs?

No, a graphics card is no longer able to mine Bitcoin.
If you are going to mine Bitcoin you should buy Antminer or an ASIC miner that supports SHA256 algo.
Please read this First time/Small miner reference for getting started.
And here is the list of ASIC miner manufacturers https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5045732.0

If you are thinking of mining Bitcoin using graphics cards. Then you are probably in the wrong place. ASICs (some Antminers), yes. GPUs, No.
This site can help you reference on the estimated profitability of ASICs - https://whattomine.com/miners
As said, Bitcoin cannot be mined in 2022 with graphic card.
However, you can mine with that card altcoins which either you exchange to Bitcoin, either the mining pool does that for you.
It's not mining Bitcoin, but you can obtain bitcoin. However, for that you better ask in Altcoin mining.
