With the upcoming Bitcoin halving coming up, do you think we’ll see BTC hit a new all-time high before 2028, or is it gonna face too much pressure from the global markets, regulations, and altcoins? I’m curious to hear what everyone thinks. Are we gearing up for a big breakout or is it gonna be a slow climb this time around?

Just hodl and chill. Nobody can really predict what it will do, but what is relatively clear to me is that bitcoin will continue to grow.

The bull run isn't yet over and I expect to see the price of bitcoin hit $130k soon. Fed has already cut rates by 25bps and that should be a win for bitcoin because investors will pump more money into bitcoin because it's time for the US to bring out their printing machine which will trigger more inflation. You don't need to worry about the price of bitcoin if it's going to hit a new ATH or not rather, you should look for means to stack up more bitcoin and hodli because bitcoin will definitely keep creating new ATH over and over again in future.

Why you don't think it will make a new ATH in this market cycle in coming months but wonder too long till 2028 halving. If you think of holding your bitcoin a long time like next four years, let hold it till 1 year after the next halving year like 2029 because after breaking this market cycle ATH, Bitcoin will make many new ATHs in a next cycle. Thinking about that strategy will make you no longer concerning about what will happen in remaining months of this year. Also for your interest. Are you ready for the Bitcoin bull market? What's your plan? Some ideas for you.

Is a 3-year gap not a small frame for you for things to happen?

The question to be asked here is that if bitcoin will make all time high before the end of this year or not, because by now, we are expecting that the market should pump more to about $150,000 or more before the end of this season, if one was able to also understand the trend and pattern in the market, we will be able to identify how we should be able to see more highs form now on with the market sentiment.

Bitcoin's price still has the potential to surpass its current all-time high of $124,000, and many predict it will reach a new all-time high by the end of 2025. We still have about three months left to see if Bitcoin will reach a new all-time high. However, I remain very optimistic that Bitcoin will reach $130,000 in the near future, as it only needs to surge $7,000 from its current all-time high to reach that price, which I believe will happen soon, perhaps by the end of this month, and reach $150,000 by the end of the year.

Bitcoin is still in its bull run, so we are still expecting the coin to hit another all-time high before the end of this season. The market will experience another bull run in 2028. With the increase in Bitcoin adoption by governments and institutional investors, Bitcoin is expected to beat its ATH of the last bull run. This discussion will suit the speculation board.

I would like to think up and past 150k this year. But reality we do not know what it will do in the next: 1 hour 2 day 3 week 4 month 5 year but in any 10 year period ever picked for BTC BTC is way up So do not do a short number like the 2028 1/2 ing

I am not sure if it's going to go up "much" more, but about 10-20% more is the realistic level for it to peak out. I know that is going to be decent and I know it's going to be a good income maker for many, but some are expecting at least double the price we have, and that should be not possible. Of course it is bitcoin, you never know what's going to happen, but at this point it's not going to be that easy to do this, so you should not expect it to happen. The best return would be just making sure that we are dealing with much better returns by next one. Because we have this every four years, and that is a good one, it really helps out a lot. This way you can DCA when it's low, and then you can profit again when it goes up next time.

If this kind of question should come up, I think it's coming too early because we have not yet seen the latest all time high of this bull season, until then we should still be speculating on the all time high before the bull market is over. But I will make a guess, the next halving of 2028 will take the same approach as last year's halving. What ever peak price of Bitcoin in this bull season will be broken earlier in 2028 before the halving month of that year, just like it happened last year.

Bitcoin will most likely hit another high before the end of the year. I think around November or so which aligns with the previous cycle tops. Especially if the fed keeps cutting rates and assets keep pumping. Then there might be a bear market and recovery during the 2028 halving followed by another cycle top following after. Bitcoin usually tops a year or so after the halving and has been consistent for the past few cycles.

We'll forgive the OP for asking such a trivial question because he's a newbie. To ask that, you have to be a troll, a hater, or, as in this case, a newbie. I think all of us bitcoiners are expecting a new ATH this year and a few more maybe late this year maybe next year but in any case way before 2028.

I don't know the reason why you are targeting a new ATH (All-Time High) for the next halving period. Because some people speculate that Bitcoin might create a new ATH for this year, before there is a possibility of a market trend change towards a decline. In the next halving period, of course, afterwards we will hope that a higher new ATH will be achieved. But for this year, we are still waiting for Bitcoin to reach a new ATH.

If the price of Bitcoin does not show changes in 2026 and mid 2027, many crypto experts speculate the price of Bitcoin is now at the lowest point and Bitcoin will go to the highest level. Some speculations will predict the price of Bitcoin can penetrate to the level of $250K, $300K, $500k to $1 million in the next 2028 Halving, but they say that is not to be believed, but that will happen, the meaning is most likely. For this reason, we need to understand and if you see massive adoption by the company and the government, this indicates the opportunity to the highest level, but the name of Bitcoin in the market is very fluctuating.

That is true, I am one of those people. I am expecting a brand new all time high until the year ends. I know that is not going to be easy but it is also not impossible and could happen. We should be giving some time for this and could be getting a great result. Just wait for it to reach a good level and we wouldn't have to worry about it. I know that 2025 has been a good year so far anyways, and some people do not expect it to get even better because it already did, but I am not one of those people, I believe this type of increase isn't nearly enough to be considered 4 year cycle big bull run, I think it should reach even higher. This is why I expect at least 150k+ before the year ends, may crash before the year ends too, but first a 150k+ price should be hit.

I want to be plain with my answers, yes we will see a new all time high before 2028. I don't think bitcoin is going under pressure, altcoin season don't affect bitcoin, altcoin season usually begins when bitcoin season ends, it doesn't say much about  a competition. We still have targets for ATH before the year runs out, 2028 is too far for your prediction.

3 years is not the horizon unless you got a ladder that reaches into space    I'd say its out of sight personally but I lack vision perhaps     I like the way the question is phrased anyway because this is the correct timescale of thinking to consider gains or losses in BTC, we tend to think in this year or possibly seasons at best when Bitcoin is wide open in its movements across the whole cycle it has.  200 week moving average is relevant for good reasons.

It always takes every four years cycle before we see bitcoin reaching halving and the reward for miners being halved. So if within the four years cycle we don’t get to see a new ATH, it doesn’t mean that the cycle is slower, it just means that a little adjustment in the market that happen due to external factors that have effect on the market directly or indirectly. I remember this recent halving came when Bitcoin already hit a new ATH, but that doesn’t stopped the market from progressing and bull run taken place to surpass the former ATH very well, so it’s just the market thing which we cannot see it coming that even when it does, it doesn’t really change anything in the market. If we happen to see another New All time high before 2028 halving, then that doesn’t cause for any panic or concern in the market. It has happened in this cycle, so the subsequent ones won’t be a shock anymore but people will embrace it and see it as a normal stuff henceforth.

Just know the fact that as long as bitcoin continue to move and lead in the market, it will always have the chances to increase its price and land into its new all time high. The time may not be certain, but I am sure that bitcoin price will find ways to skyrocket and amaze us with its all new all time high price. If you have studied the history of bitcoin, you will gain an answer from your question. Bitcoin is always capable to reach a new peak, although we can’t tell exactly when it’s going to take place.
