Lol this was the best year in my trading journey. I learnt alot better than what I knew in years. I'm currently printing my holidays funds from the forex market. Like that excitement going through your mind. I never taught it would be possible until I put all my hopes and focus on it and then everything started to make sense for me.
Bitcoin did more this year for me and a lot of we bitcoiner and I will always give a big shout out to Satoshi fr creating such a wonderful technology for use to benefit from. And for those who still doubt btc, you all are going to be left behind when we finally get to the Destination we all desire of btc you will be watching. And by the way op, thanks for this thread, I really like your initiative. I think we have more traders here on the forum weather forex or crypto what ever it's worth mentioning your archiviment.
Yes, my trading is profitable so I can make money and withdraw it. But there are some people who can not get the profit as they lack knowledge about trading. They need to fix and learn more about trading because that is the only thing that we can do because without learning more about trading, we can not improve our skill and difficult to make a profit. Even if you only buy, hold and sell it later, you still need to have the skills so you can know when you can sell your coin.
If you trade on spot and it is medium-term or long-term trading, then it seems to me that it is difficult to trade with losses in a year that has passed on a bull market. But if someone is more risky and trades on futures, then I do not exclude that this year may be unprofitable for such a trader, because periodically there are very volatile days when everything ends very badly for shorts and longs, and the amounts of liquidators on these days are simply huge.
Trading on spot was profitable for a few months as it was fueled by the rise of bitcoin so altcoins followed suit.
I'm not a consistent trader all the time, just looking in terms of the potential of altcoins that are worth buying and it's quite profitable what is felt during this year, but this is for the last 3 months of faster profits.
Now for futures trading ... this is not done because for me doing futures trading must be mentally prepared to continue to monitor altcoin movements.
Better spot a little more comfortable.
Super profitable. I manage to accumulate at 40K before it hits new ATH at 70K then purchase again at 50K when it drops during the correction then sold recently at 100K the first time it break current ATH.
I have more profits too on shitcoins especially on new L1 and L2 projects that listed on Binance under their new listing.
Leverage also make future trading riskier. I have traded both spot and future before but both were stressful for me unless I just hold a coin. I prefer to monitor the unstable coins that I bought, except bitcoin. If it is spot trading that you prefer and you are making money with it, I think it is good like that. Although I prefer future trading because I can be able to long and short but which is also very risky.
It is true that all spot traders that are patient since last year will make profit. Especially if they are trading bitcoin.
2024 has been a blessing, I really check my PNL from January to December and I could say is that Bitcoin rules and altcoin follow. Since January, it has been easy to trade and this is because Bitcoin has been making moves, anytime Bitcoin is making moves, you get this confidence that altcoins will follow, not all actually but my favorites moves in candle and they have been profitable ever since I started them, I even had to borrow funds to my capital because I wasn't ready to sell my Bitcoin and I'm it pay off.
I hope to see this gesture of Bitcoin in 2025, atleast it will make sense seeing other altcoins that has been sleeping since last year do something new so we can make money from them, they are very quick in hitting my monthly target atleast and I don't need to do much, in this bull run, I don't even spend much time doing technical analysis, the fundamental comes before technical and that is because Bitcoin has never back down.
I am trading in 2024 but my trading is still going through profit and loss. I have traded with Bitcoin and some Altcoins but I have made more profit by trading with Bitcoin I have not made much profit by trading with Altcoins. But overall I am in profit I am in slight loss I hope I can recover very soon if I can recover then I will be very profitable in this 2024. Actually 2024 all investors or traders have made profit and this pumping season is going very well for everyone. I do not have much experience in trading yet I was able to make profit by trading in this 2024.
Got much of BTC by the price of 50-ish, and I haven't sold my bags yet.
Let's see where that would lead us, I see the price of 150k right around the corner.
This year has been my second best year in trading, this is the year that I sold a larger amount of Bitcoin compared to the previous year where most of my profits came from trading altcoins. Spot trading is more manageable for me especially with Bitcoin as it tends to follow more predictable patterns over the long term. Ive seen many people stressed out by futures trading due to the risks of leverage which is why its not worth it for me.
Anyway another successful year with Bitcoin, congrats to us on a profitable year!
Of course this year is very profitable for me in the crypto world, it can be said that the losses some time ago were paid off with profits at the end of this year. At first I panicked after a few months ago when there was a decline, but with information from friends here I am sure the price will rise and even reach the highest price and this month it has been proven. The point of everything I have gotten this year, stay patient, don't panic, everything will be beautiful in time.
However, I didn't sell everything, I only sold half of the profit, the rest I just kept because this trend will continue until next year. I think everyone who has been patient since the past will get satisfactory results at the end of this year, of course even though the price is getting higher, you still have to restrain yourself from being greedy. If you have already made a 100% profit, it's better to just take half of the profit.
I traded in 2024 and it was more profitable than I made losing. I BTW lose a lot but made more profit I lost in airdrops and made profit in holding in BTC which was less then a year maybe so can be counted as long term trading so yeah I traded and I als traded in alts and made profits from them recently I have to sold all of them in $100 loss because I needed the money.
But now I started to invest in alts again and made good profit and happy to see the profit as well haha who won't be. I planned to trade for long term so I bought the recent dip and now waiting for the huge pumps which I think we will see in January alone.
My experience trading this year has been mostly for fun and small profits, I didn't have a big amount to risk. It went pretty well since several altcoins eventually made large moves after long waiting periods.
For me yes!!! This year is the most profitable I had in trading since I started to introduce cryptocurrency and trading. I applied my mistakes from the past to become a better trade.
Even though most of my profits cashed out around $60,000 (too early) it's fine, profit is already a profit for me.
Yeah definitely has been profitable, it is an easy year to profit though, it didn't really require that much to profit. You do not have to be a great trader to make profit during periods like this, you can just make profit however you want and it would be a simple way without much trouble.
I understand many people are looking at this like it's a big deal, but it is not and we are talking about trading becoming very easy during bull periods. Too many people were worried if they could make a profit or not, and they did because it was a bull year. One thing to be careful about though, if you are making profit right now, do not assume that it will go on forever, it may go on maximum of another 8 months or so at most, after that, we are going to slowly go into crashing mode and bear market, then we are not going to profit like this. In that time, it is smarter to accumulate and DCA, so that you would be ready for the future and how to make profit when bull comes back.
I think many people have made a profit in their trading whether it's spot or futures.
We can see some altcoins going up significantly in the last few months and the profitable one is quite high in Doge who bought a total of $618 selling all Doge to $1834.
Some other altcoins like Hbar, Sui, Solana but ETH is still on hold for next year, but at least these are the trades that were done for a few months and made huge profits.
