I’ve been hearing a lot about this four-year timeline but it’s kinda arbitrary. Adoption is rising, but I doubt we’ll see major shifts in that short time.

A responsible government should assess the economic situation and adjust salaries accordingly. But it seems like they just keep increasing their own pay while ignoring everyone else.
